  1. Alone on the wide bridge of her python, the hunched figure absently tapping away, a quiet yawn echoing through her helmet as she continues to type away.
  2. Hesitation creeps over and she stops for a moment, gazing at the bright text burning into her eyes; 'Can't really think this...' she weakly mutters to herself, unable to finish her thoughts before a small chime eminated, text flashing up on her communications screen.
  3. “Angry!”
  4. “Hey what are you doing?”
  5.
  6. With a dismissive yawn she pulls over her seat, waving her hand to bring the conversation into priority; tapping out a quick, “Writing a letter.”
  7. Some moments pass, “A what?”
  8.
  9. “Message.”
  10. “Not to you.”
  11. “Actually important.”
  12. “To me anyway.”
  13.
  14. The quick barrage of replies is seemingly discarded, “Well I think I'll need more for this ship, hows about a cannon?”

  22. I don't know, doubt you do either
  23. It's often hard to justify acts of the moment, it's easy to look back and say things could have been different but the one who had the chance to make the call can often only say 'it seemed the best option of those available'.
  24.
  25. As much as many cry foul, I simply see it as the great game in all putrid view, but it is the job you chose.
  26.
  27. To which I say, thank you.
  28. Doing what is right doesn't mean doing what is easy, I wish you a quiet remaining term but I know too well it will be anything but.
  29.
  30. Commander Ira 'Angry' Vethrenia
  31.
  32. -
  33. 'Good enough?' She thought to herself, before yawning for a final time; 'Ahhhh... Nuts to it, I'm tired' she says aloud; gently pressing send with a trembling finger.
  34. Ira stood up and returned to her bunk, her sleep was ever slightly more peaceful.
