To my brothers and sisters in this hacking community:
I am Ghost Exodus, former leader and founder of the Electronik Tribulation Army, I was only 25 years old when I got raided by the FBI and state police of Texas. I'm in federal prison serving 9 years for transmitting a malicious code (virus), I almost got 20 years for a crime that caused no damage and no data was copied or stolen. I was told that if I didn't plead guilty to the government's terms, i would be the second hacker in history to receive 20 years. (next to Albert Gonzales). I've been following the evolution of our kind for 13 years and I hate to tell you this, but we are fighting a losing battle because our people suffer from lack of direction. The more government regulations are imposed, the more we strike back defensively with ddos attacks and defacements. i have, as a hacktavist, defaced my share of .gov's and .mil's which doesnt change a thing. i saw Wiki Leaks mortify the American government which exposed corrupt political bureaucrats, fabricated bias media press release propaganda, and prove just how evil this totalitarian system really is. But i wee that even Wiki Leaks cant change the laws that oppress us. For those of you who are zealous technology-enthusiests like me, who have enjoyed 'The Best of 2600' by Emmanuel Goldstein; which has become, in my opinion, a powerful contribution to our culture, (my favorite cyber-doctrine), Emmanuel spells out effective ways to which we could empower our communities from the ever devastating clutches of the U.S. Federal Gestapo and Department of [in]justice system; let me say this: We need CONGRESSIONAL REFORMATION regarding the power and reach of law enforcements, we need the federal sentencing and guidelines system abolished to match that of the judicial system in the U.K. which believes in leniency, we need to start a national poll and petition to present to Congress, we need to organize peaceful protests all over D.C. and where ever there is a Congressional building and court house where we can preach a message of judicial reformation, we need to abolish warrantless GPS tracking bugs on vehicles, and abolish the use of UFED 2.0 by all/any law enforcements (datacellbrite.com) and we need to spread this message at your local hacker meetings/conventions and forum boards, because if we don't, then one of these days Congress will legislate some fucked off bill that labels us as cyber-terrorists, which is absurd, but then we live in "their world" now. But we can reclaim it if we play the right cards and play the game by the rules.
 I love our culture, this has been my life pursuit which is all I have to cling to, since I have been excommunicated by my church, my parents, family, friends and wife, as I sit in this hot cell, a prisoner of war. Yes, this is my war. And this should be your war too, because in all totality, it is OUR war. And a war I'm willing to fight and die for as long as i can see the secret service abolished, prosecutors and federal agents/law enforcement strictly disciplined for perjury and misconduct, and to see a reformed justice system that actually believes in JUSTICE FOR ALL. (Not just for an elect few.) And for all those "SELF-INTEREST" Enforcement Officers who have become the likeness of "MAFIA ENFORCERS", who are no longer "public servants" I give you this message: You better choose a side and stay on it. Because we the people are doe bending over, we are sick of your shit, and we want Justice for All TODAY. We need to get the Electronic Frontier Foundation, American Civil Liberties Union, Computer Professionals for Social Responsibility, Families Against Mandatory Minimums and Electronic Privacy Information Center involved. We need to start this petition/poll, call your local Congressman, send faxes, leave voice mails, and email these knuckle heads peacefully with respect for the law, and let them know what's up.
A quote from Emmanuel's book, Chapter 13, page 546: "Education is the key to stopping this injustice and many of us have the ability to make a real difference. But do we have the guts to turn that ability into action?"
