  8. Do you believe that a government can legitimately own property? If so, you believe might-makes-right. Don't be ashamed. It's quite common.

  10. And, how does a portion of the Wiki entry for common law support your argument that neither property rights nor dispute resolution can exist without being enforced by violence?
