My Staff Application Enjoy

AGE: 13, I know I'm a bit young, however, I am very mature and reliable, you can count on me. I am a highly trusted person on factions black. I am happy to take on responsibility, I have been Co-Captain of my football team and do whatever I can to help people.

WHAT SERVER ARE U TRYING TO RECIVE STAFF ON:
 I am trying to receive helper/trial mod on Factions Black, as I am most active on that server. I do sometimes play on white and give my kits away or just pvp. I also sometimes play cyan, however, I would like to receive staff on factions black

 WHAT TIME ARE U ON? -
Here's my schedule...
Monday: I play daily for an hour before school and usually play for 3 hours from around 5-8 pm.
Tuesday: Same as Monday, however, I might have basketball games (I am trying to get in a team).
Wednesday: Same as Monday, however, in winter and autumn I have football training from 5:00-6:30pm.
Thursday: I have school, otherwise I am free and play as much as I can, usually 5 hours.
Friday: I have school, but once again after school, I play as much as I can, usually around 5-6hours.
Saturday: My parents have given me certain responsibilities, however, I can still play around 3 hours in the morning and around 4 hours in the afternoon.
Sunday: I spend time with family between 12-4pm every Sunday, otherwise, I am free to play.

WHEN DID U FIRST START PLAYING MINECRAFT:
I first started playing in June (2014, however, I'm not to sure it's to fun) and the first to servers I ever played were thearchon.net and pvp.thearchon.net. I watched thecampingrusher vids and I got Minecraft because of it.

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN BANNED OR TEMP-BANNED ON A SERVER:
I have been temp banned on the archon for 20mins because of caps twice I think not to sure (didn't know they were on) and I have been temped on another server because my brother was playing I am telling the truth with that. He blocked up our teams spawn : I

DO U KNOW ANY CODING: sadly I don't know any but I am willing to learn and given the right Information I will But at the moment my school isn't teaching that stuff

WHAT IS YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH ANY TYPE OF MODERATION: I haven't had any because I have only applied for the archon but I am very mature and u will see that if I am accepted and If I'm not I will still be very mature. One reason I haven't applied to any other server is I only like 2 servers 1 archon 2 avicus Wont put the ip (not allowed).

WHAT SERVER ARE YOU MOST ACTIVE ON: I am most active on factions black I play that most of the time and I love it's annoying that team nudist moved because I bought a rank knight on that server because they played it but any way i don't really mind about it I also play on factions white to trade stuff and pvp or give away my kits in a drop part for fun and I have played on cyan and purple just for fun but I mainly play on factions black. I have also started to play on purple a little bit and I have gotten 3 cave spider spawners.

Do you fully understand the concept to our faction servers and can provide players with basic useful information when required ? (as well as basic Minecraft information). Yes I will be able to do this I have been playing factions for a year and a bit I fully understand how it works and know all the commands off by heart and also in my factions time I have been friends with many staff so they have also told me how to do certain things and commands. I will definitely be able to provide factions players with basic minecraft information and very confusing things I have played a lot of minecraft and understand how it works xD.

HOW WOULD YOU HANDLE A SITUATION THAT WAS OUT OF CONTROL: If it was just a fight I would tell them both to stop and warn them if it got out of control for me I would contact other/higher staff immediately. If something like spam bots were happening I would gather all the staff online and get them all banned/temp banned  and give the names to a jr mod + to perm ban them. If it was someone griefing spawn I would temp ban them right away and tell all players to stay away and get a sr mod + to come and take a look. If someone was hacking I would just record them and I would temp ban them if that's allowed? And then post it. If something like ddosing is going on and we could do something about it I would get higher staff to deal with it.

HOW MANY HOURS CAN U CONTRIBUTE A DAY: I can contribute around 4-5-6 hours a day depending on what's going on if my busses are late and what not but I will play all the time. I will show u my schedule again

WHAT ADVICE WOULD U GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO IS YOUNGER THEN U IF THEY NEEDED HELP: I would ALWAYS answer them if asked a question and help them. I would treat them as if they were in my own family or like my best friend even if they are not very nice to me and help them through what ever is happening And if I can't do anything if I'm a helper and only a sr/jr mod can I would contact higher staff as soon as I can.

DO U HAVE SKYPE: yes I do I am willing to give it out to people I have to. I would rather just give to Snixerz because I like my privacy and don't want any ddosing but I can give to someone else if needed.

ARE U ABLE TO RECORD? CAN U USE A MICROPHONE: i can record lag free and I have recently started doing some youtube I might start a factions series on the archon but I would need to buy a mic so I can record and upload in about 20mins for a 10-15 min video. I do not have a mic as of yet but I may get a cheap one because I recently got a job.

ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW: I know that most staff u have are 15+ and are older but I am 13 and I am a very mature person I am a straight b+ student and I play the archon as much as I can as well and I would love to be accepted I won't fuss and stuff around if I don't I will understand and ANY advice would be greatly appreciated and thank u for reading my staff application for factions black.

WHAT RANKS ARE YOU?: I am a pope donor now and I have gotten jelly legs on black. I loved the fifty % off sale I also bought 4 keys and got nothing good xD

WHY SHOULD WE PICK YOU AND NOT SOMEONE ELSE?: I think I would be very good at the job I am very very very active on the forums I play as much as I can on the server I am a very trust worthy person and I recently sold a stack of Brock to people they payed first I then dropped it because I hate being scammed I don't do it to others xD

HOW ARE YOU MATURE?: I am very mature and a trustworthy person I help everyone as much as I can i always finish my school work and I help my parents around the house for about 5 hrs every week me and my brother clean the house every Saturday. I have a cat called Coco He is adorable i love him so much I look after him pretty much by my self I feed him fill up a cup of water for him everyday (my cat only drinks water from a cup or a sink xD) I also do a lot of sports I play basket ball at school every day, at recess and lunch time. I also play foot ball for my towns team not saying name for privacy reasons :D. This is why I think I would be great for the job :P.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE STAFF?: I would like to be staff do I can help the server improve it. As a Helper I would not just like the tags because they make u look important or cool, I Would not abuse them I would warn my irl friends or IGN friends as much as every body else basically i wouldn't play Favourites. I would also like to be a helper so I can keep the chat clean and not spammed because we all hate that.

WHAT COMMANDS DO YOU KNOW?:

/tempban name reason
They are the main ones you need in factions as a helper I think.
There is /mute player but you need permission from a sr- mod + to do that.
