Target bug (from away system) fixed.
Skills stuck bug (from changing classes) fixed. (pcstat.java - pcinstance.java)
When an item goes to 0 with blessed, now goes to safe.
Removed l2jfrozen's credits. (enterworld.java)
Changed rar's name on build.xml.

Added custom cancellation system, buffs removed for 15 seconds and then they come back again.

After hard work, finally phoenix event engine added successfully without any problem in gs.
VoteReward and Teleport commands imported at VoicedCommandHandler.java (fail mistake).
