Things you need to know is that this set can take a double edge from an Adamant Mega Salamence to the face and live to still get something done next turn, even surviving a +1 M-Tyranitar stone edge (the ev spread by lee provost is still really useful). Next things next, moveslots. Protect is useful, but so is Helping Hand to enhance damage for your ally and encore to disrupt unwary fake out users such as M-Kanga or Ludicolo and mess with them.
