- Pre-Lab Setup
- For this assignment you will be using your 3 servers virtual machine configuration. Below is the configuration information for each of your machines.

- Procedure
- Complete Project 2-1, as written
- Complete these steps on both RWDCxx (ParentDC) and RWCDyy (ChildDC) servers
- Complete Project 2-2, with the following exceptions (Use the RWDCxx (ParentDC) server)
- -Step 1: This will be the parent domain controller.
- -Step 8: Rather than use domainxx.local use your lastname.local IE) mcwilliam.local
- Complete Project 2-3, as written. Use RWDCxx (ParentDC)
- Complete Project 2-4, with the following exception
- -Step 5- Create 2 accounts one for parent domain called lastnameadmin ie) mcwilliamadmin and one called bobadmin
- Complete Project 2-5, with the following exceptions (Use the RWDCyy ChildDC server)
- - This will be your child Domain Controller. Call your child domain your first name. Therefore your FQDN will be IE) firstname.lastname.local ian.mcwilliam.local
- -Part C- Call your child admin account yourfirstnameadmin. IE) ianadmin the name admin for your admin account
- Complete Project 2-6, as written. (Use the ChildDC server RWDCyy)
- Skip Project 2-7
- Complete Project 2-8, complete only Part A on your server core installation.
- -You will be joining the Server core to the Parent domain.
