Do you have any history of bans within LemonPunch?: No.




How many hours do you have in Garry's Mod?: 1737 hours as of now.




How many of those hours were in Serious Roleplay?: Around 1500-1600 hours.




How long have you owned Garry's Mod?: Since March of 2014.




How long have you been with the community?: One year today.




How long have you been playing on QZ:RP for?: All together around two weeks, a week and a bit when the server first came out and again for about four days, I plan to be on more now though.




How often are you on TeamSpeak?: Everyday.




Do you have a mic for TeamSpeak?: Yes.




How active are you on the server?: I go on the server everyday for hours at a time. Usually 5-6 hours on the average day. Even more on weekends if I can.




Have you ever been staff on another server?: Yes, I have been an Operator and even Administrator on many numerous HL2RP servers which have sadly died due to lack of playerbase and/or money to keep it running.




How did you get involved with serious roleplay?: After hearing many good things about Half-Life 2 RP and even seeing a few videos on the internet about it, I decided to check it out for myself. Like many other people new to roleplay I joined a random HL2RP server and tried my best to serious RP; but I was not very good at it, being new to the aspect at the time. The friendly staff members on the server helped me however and I was having a blast RP'ing. Then going through numerous roleplay servers and improving my RP I settled upon LemonPunch, and I've been here ever since.




Are you well acquainted with other members of the LemonPunch community?: I would say so, yes. Many people know me in WW3RP (as I spent most of my time with LP there) and also on the TeamSpeak. And I have somewhat of a friendship with most of them.




Why are you applying for Operator on the server?: I am applying to be an Operator on the server as I believe I am capable enough to hold the position. I also am very active on the server and am always in the TeamSpeak, this will help if anyone want's to ask me a question/ has a request. I will also answer and questions that I am asked over PM or if anyone asks for assistance in !help.




Will you stay with LemonPunch, even in rough times?: Yes. I've done this with many if not all of the other servers I've administrated on, sadly it didn't end well; usually with the shutting down of the server.




Will you listen to other staff, players and accept their reasonable requests?: Yes, I am open to what others have to say and if they have a request, I'll do my best to fulfill it.




Explain how you would deal with a player that is new to RP: Well, if he has a non-serious name e.g bob good or kgahgkjjdj then I would change it to something more suitable and serious e.g Joel Lawson or Nicholas Mason. After this I would proceed by explaining the basics of serious RP like /me, /it and to talk with full punctuation and grammar, OOC and LOOC commands and meaning. After explaining all of this I would follow them around for a short while in observer, if they still don't understand serious RP, I would direct them to a serious RP guide that I find.




Explain how you would deal with a mine (failRP'er) that still continues to minge after multiple warnings: Well, first off all I would kick the offender with the following format "Given clear warnings, not here to Roleplay. - John Ramsey" If they then join back and continue to minge and failRP after clear statement of what they did wrong in the kick reasoning then I would ban them for 24 hours with the following reasoning "After being warned multiple times, and even kicked. Still decided to break the rules. Appeal your ban at lemonpunch.net - John Ramsey". And then if they decide to make a ban appeal I will explain in-depth what they did to warrant the ban.
