Application as a position as Local Customer Supporter


Dear Sirs,
I want to apply for a position as Local Customer Supporter at Nexon Europe S.à r.l.

As my CV shows, I am currently a trainee at Bertrandt as Technical Product Designer machinery and engineering construction in the automotive industry (Technischer Produktdesigner Maschinen- und Anlagenkonstruktion or TPD MaK). On my search for a side job i came across the LCS and since the demands of this job fit to my qualifications I thought I should apply for it.
My first contact with Nexon i had with combat arms which i played in the beta for a while, but I stopped again because I started to play WarRock again after a break.
My next contact with Nexon was in July 2012 after Nexon became the new publisher of War Rock and I was quite happy about the publisher change since I had only good experiences with Nexon while I played Combat Arms.
I also played  Arcane Chronicles already for a while.

Two of the main qualifications you need in my current job is communication and teamwork, since we work in teams and have to communicate a lot with our clients via email, phone and in meetings.
Also confidentially is very important, because we work with highly confidential and sensetive datas which can cause huge economic damages.
Organisation and technical knowledge is also an important part of my job, because the computer is our main equipment.
I speak fluently German and also my English level is very high, because we have to communicate professionell and without any missunderstandings with clients all over the world
