Support Members are members of the community who are voluntarily entitled to help any player who has any particular concerns, misconceptions or inquiries about the server in general, the script and how it works or the forums.
You may always ask for assistance in-game using the command "/ask" without the quotations, and you should hopefully receive an answer to your question as fast as possible.
You may also use the forums to get any further assistance you need. You may want to check out the [url=http://elg-clan.net/index.php?board=135.0]Server Guides[/url] board, or for further assistance, post a topic in the [url=http://elg-clan.net/index.php?board=47.0]Help Center[/url].

[center][size=14pt]Support Team Recruitment[/size][/center]
You need to understand that the position of Support Member does not make you any special or different from a normal player. All are equal and all are treated equally. The Support Members aren't there for the unique color and the few extra commands.
Activity is a must. You also must have experience in the server script, how the forums work and [i]GTA: San Andreas[/i] in general. This does not mean that anyone is allowed in the Support Team simply because of experience though. Support Members are significantly representative of the community, and must act with accordance to this. Reputation and attitude are taken into consideration when recruiting Support Members.
Sincerity, enthusiasm, patience and maturity are four complementary traits that you must have a certain aspect of each one of them.
Lastly, you must have been a member of the clan for at least [b]two[/b] weeks prior to applying.
Should you meet the criteria, and find yourself ready, send a message to the Support Team Leader.
The more effort you put in, the merrier. But also remember that brevity is the soul of wit. I'm not gonna give you something to base your application on.
Once you sent your application, it is best to remain patient. You're also not allowed to apply if you've been declined from the position in the past month.
