# V 0.41 - Beta Full Version (20/02/2014 --- 20/02/2014)

GENERAL:

- Compressed the mod file as much as possible, so it is now considerably smaller
- Updated the Installation.txt file to contain more helpful troubleshooting information, tips and instructions

MILITARY FEATURES:

- Rebalanced most units in the game
- Removed more attack helicopters

EVENTS:

- Updated 'Fascist Plans' event for Italy to go with the new starting geography

DECISIONS:

- Updated the 'Form Yugoslavia' decision so now the forming nation has to have Great Power status, to block it from being formed at the start
- Updated 'The Great Patriotic War' decision so Russia now has to have more than 150 brigades to attack Germany

COUNTRY ADDITIONS/CHANGES:

- Completely redid the Balklands area
- Austria is no longer a puppet
- Removed Ottoman SoI on Serbia
- Lombardia is owned by Italy
- Venice is puppeted by Austria
- Hungary gained siginificant territory
- Bulgaria gained a minor amount of territory

TECHNOLOGY AND INVENTIONS:

- Updated the naval tech tree with new bonuses, however, there are no new names or pictures yet

BUG FIXES:

- Submarine sprite now showing

- Remember to report all bug reports!
- Due to the compression of the mod, I might have accidently deleted some of the event and decision GFX files, so my apologies if something is missing
