  2. 3-4 Hours of brainstorming, asking people what they thought, and teamwork were put into this damn list. Please consider a shit ton of these, Add your own creative flair to it and whatnot. Play with the numbers. The idea is to get rid of all your one trick pony characters that rely on 1 or 2 techniques for their whole entire character design, getting rid of cheap characters that are just basically spam, no tactical thinking requries, press buttons to win, or movesets that are plain copy and pastes and just boring characters to use. Several villains are like this: Sure they might have so many broken characters and OP ones, but they're not fun to play. It's not fun to play a character that can spam AOEs that deal 40s, or that's solely reliant on melee techniques, ppl like diverse movesets and abilities. So we recreated a bunch of stuff that could make things more interesting. Please add on to the list with your creative input, you could probably enhance this.

  5. Character Reworks

  8. Sakura- rework ground smash, increase Cd, increase the range, give it a more powerful knockback effect, however it can only be used on the ground, while stnading still, kinda like Heroe's form of great shinra

Onoki- Buff him somehow please, increase flight duration of ally flight, increase HP Regen, (High HP Characters with low HP Regen is awful, that just makes them powerful in the early game it doesn't make them tanks, they're like faulty tanks,) His Rock Golem is crap, it disappears after a while, dosn't even do that much, get rid of the Attack damage nerf when he flies, never made any sense

Rikudo Naruto- Rework, too OP in unfair ways (We shoudl just stay away from copy and pasting jutsus, give these locks unique moves that are powerful instead of just coding 40 Damage AOE, and bla bla bla) We even have new Rikudo Naruto icons and stuff so this is all possible. Here's a brilliant idea actually, the only Rasenshuriken that should be sealing Chakra permanetnly is Wind Style Rasenshuriken, wind style is the only nature capable of that, the other Rasenshurikens have different effects. With that in mind, rework every single Rasenshuriken that isn't wind style, Bijuu Dama RS should have a different passive then sealing chakra, In fact there's an even cooler idea, Rikudo Naruto was capable of summoning a RS for every nature because of his Rikudo chakra. Give him a toggle (Kinda like the Kakuzu rework), where he can chagne his element, then when you change the element (Meteor, Water, Wind, Bijuudama etc), the RS will have a different passive for whatever element you pick! You can decide what passives these are, but it sounds really sick and would make Rikudo Naruto so freaking cool. For lols, you can give him one move where he summons shadow clones and throws all 10 bijuu damas at one opponent, dealing low damage (like 30) but the opponent gets every single passive, would be hilarious. Then there's the Male Harem Jutsu he used on Kaguya also for lols, a stun move like Konohamaru's harem jutsu, has a unique passive on female chars (if you want just do it on kaguya for the unique passive), also the new Rikudo Naruto DMI has new attack moves you can utilize, all of them look pretty cool, what you can do is make them all do low damage but the point is they all have combo potential. Like each individual move wouldn't do such high damage but you can chain them together (Kinda how you made the original Sasuke moveset?)

  14. Sage Hashi- Hashirama is just fking boring. He always been boring. He's not weak, he's just lame like a lot of characters in COSAB. Several charas revolve around landing just two moves and bam you're done. Sage Hashi- land a bind use melee, finsih rampant, go home and have a snack. Rework him please, don't make him copy and paste of hashirama, rework that Statue move, make it like ULT or something, give him more ATTACK MOVES!, How about Hashirama is your defensive character, and Sage Hashirama is the offensive type with more offensive moves basically get rid of his walls replace with more attacks? This is your opportunity to give him unique attack damage mokuton techniques, and nerfing some of his broken ones too in the process like wood dragon, (Rework it)

  16. Killer B- Can he have more canon moves? The guy is so fking wack. Homing, Projectile AOE, Dash, Transform, we done =/. Here's an idea for a complete total rework that you can play around with : Toggable Cloak modes with adjustments, keep his Base form moveset the same but increase Killer B's base chakra to 500 , make his cloaks act as a toggle that drain Chakra (With Cd ofcourse when you turn them off), and each mode has a different special passive and new jutsus, for example, in stage 1 he gets lightning passive (it's in the dmi sheet anyways), in his attacks, a lightning slash move (like Aoi's,) and a Lighting stab move, (There's an icon for that as well), also cloak modes will drain chakra, 5 every tick (like sharingan and this is why 500 chakra was suggested for base killer B), basically going into cloak mode won't give you a chakra buff, but it'll buff your other stats and give you move moves, but have a slight drawback, going into stage 2 drains your chakra 10 per tick, no lightning passive, but stronger moves and better stats, Hachibi B Final Form- with the timer ofcourse nerf the run speed of it and give him more moves like his 8 Tails Whirlwind move

  19. Another one trick pony, he's just...well someone who spams an OHKO and flies away, not really complainign about the OHKO itself, i'm just saying that's ALL he has as a means of damage, like he's not that divrese, he's meh. There are problems he has that can be fixed right now that would make him a better character (do some of these for onoki too), remove the Attack damage nerf when he flies, same thing for Onoki, I don't see how being lighter/being able to fly makes you weak at punching, they were ALWAYS flying they didn't toggle it on and off (the toggle I get but the attack damage nerf? Nah it limits them so much, if they're flying then you can't even attack, the flight mode should simply be flight...that's it no changes to anything else, if you want Mu and Onoki to have hax reflex and acc give it to them in their base mode, these debuffs in their modes is hurting them more then helping them, Ideas for new moves: Dust Beam- an attack that incorporates all 3 elements of Mu's Jinton earth wind and fire and inflicts their passives for each of them once it lands, for Earth, attack delay, wind- bleed, fire- DPS (sounds pretty broken, give it large cast time and chakra consumption which a decent CD, kinda like Guren's lazer range maybe?) and finally a move with the cost of sacrificing your split form, Mu fires 3 Dust Beams on top of each other (OP with an insane drawback), Give Mu an ability to regain his split, where he is able to move around however it takes him 3 mins to regain it and his speed is reduced to 16 (there should also be a server message that he has lost his split form and he should not be able to go invisible or fly during this time of regening his split mode)

  21. 2nd Mizukage- Boring Character, no one picks him, one trick pony, bla bla bla, Rework: Make him your first character to ever to have projectile melee. Every time he melees he shoots out a blast of water, that flies forward for only 7 tiles, each water blast does 4-5 damage (Very small intentionally), C+UP is Utakata's Water Gaizer which will deal no damage but will have a passive that slows down your opponent by 8 speed, C+Down is a stronger version of the water blast dealing 10 damage, what's even doper his illusions should be able to also shoot bubbles, by pressing C, whether those bubbles are real or not is up to you to decide (for balance purposes the bubbles are also illusions but it would totally mind fuck people) and for more move to consider use this sheet http://distantworld101.deviantart.com/art/2nd-Mizukage-499578109, as for the broken oil clone, change it, Nerf the run speed of his running illusions (Because it's unrealistic and it's obvious that they are fake), have them match the 2nd Mizu's speed so they look like actual clones, and 2nd Mizukage has the option of sending out his oil clone to blend in with the illusions, once it makes contact it explodes and deals damage (Basically it's a dashing clone that explodes not an NPC)

Hidan- Complete total rework, that will have him retain some of his old features but make him a fresh character that ppl gonna love, Read the whole thing before you judge please: Give his OHKO (Stab Heart move) a gigantic Cd, a VERYY long one so he can't spam it, increase cast time of pray, give Hidan a melee bleed passive, Hidan has a 15% chance of inflicting bleed damage on you with his melee, inflicting Bleed damage on you should be the only way Hidan should be able to perform his Jashin ritual. To make up for this, give Hidan a lot more techniques and increase his controversial stats such as increase his speed to 25 instead of 16, give him 2 tile melee, increase his ACC by a lot, Give him more Jashin ritual moves like Stab Arm which will disable the enemy's melee, Stab leg- which cripples the enemy, Stab heart is the traditional OHKO but it will have a long CD, these jashin moves will all be CD linked, so you can only choose one at a time and you have to be strategic about it. Also give him scythe throw, basically a projectile move where he launches his scythe (% chance to inflict bleed for jashin ritual), what this rework does is it turns Hidan into a boring OHKO character to a more balanced and strategical character that's acutally a lot of fun to use,

Kabuto/Tsunade- Chakra Scapel Toggle, (Increase Kabuto's base attack to 11 due to this), while toggled on your base attack is cut in short by 3 points in exchange Chakra scapel has 10% chance of landing a critical blow on an enemy which will reduce their chakra regen, their regen is lowered by 5 points lasting for 45 seconds, this effect can stack, after using it the user will not be able to melee for 6 seconds

  27. Zabuza- Melee passive- Zabuza has a % chance to absorb HP with his sword (basically a sword passive where blood strenghtens him, decided that buffing his attack power would be broken, along with regen, if buffign HP doesn't work, think of osmething else)

Raiga/Ameyuri- Give Ameyuri a toggle form where she gains an attack boost on water, whcih is basically him emitting lightning damage with his blades and dealing extra damage with them and having an AOE like spread, lightning shock balls should also do AOE damage whilst on water, the drain is 15 chakra per tik, in this mode her ACC is greatly incresed as well. also lightning AOE should simply have a much larger range (Rather then higher damage, btw right now its tking ppl pls get rid of that), there should also be CDs on the mode between ending it and turning it on like the other toggles, As for Raiga, an attack where he thrusts his swords into the ground creating an electrical field, ppl who go on it become electrocuted, bonus effects if done on water, You can also slap chidori stream on to both of them and that'll work out too and Chidori blade (renaming them ofc)

Hanzo- Boring character, High Damage AOE don't make him fun, lame, in order to fix up he needs to have an entirely different moveset, meaning his AOEs gotta go and get replaced with: a paper bomb trap which sticks to the target legs and explodes which will results in crippling them for 15sec,-*Toggle: Hanzo releases his mask releasing the most deadliest poison, but it drains hanzo as much as everyone else* Basically anyone near hanzo takes DPS damage 3 hp a tick, Remember Hanzo is also effected by this mode so he loses HP as well but instead he takes 2 hp damage per tick, every 30 seconds Ibuse appears trapping an enemy near hanzo for 5 seconds letting them rot in poison Give him some moves that have to do with his scythe, Ibuse passive: Every 2 mins Ibuse automatically pops up and shoots a fog of poison at whatever direction you're facing (will not tk, if it does, give Hanzo antidote then, 3 tile range poison) as for Ibuse, Numbing poison shoudl be changed to this: Hanzo creates a large poison fog that lasts for quite a while, while in it enemies take slow DPS damage, have their movement speed reduced, it cannot tk assume every villain brought gas masks for this thing, Buff his stats for the rework (right now i have to admit they are pretty bad no wonder he's not played), Nerf his attack from 16 to 13, give him 90 acc, 105 reflex 125 HP (Because of the mask mode), 135 chakra, 4-5 HP Regen (Because Mask mode gonna eat his HP hard)

Deva Pein- Shinra tensei Able to redirect or nullify any projectile thrown at him by using Shinrai Tenshei, Bansho tensei- rework to pull enemies to you instead of pulling you in an arc, Great Bansho is the damage dealer here, Bansho just pulls you closer in a straight line, Nerf HP to 150, Buff regen to 4

  45. Preta Pein: Passive: Absorbs one Chakra with every Meele hit while decreasing their reflexes* Nerf HP to 110 Buff Regen to 4
  46. Human Pein passive : Drops your accuracy by being meele'd by him HP:120 Regen 4

Naraka Pein Passive : Truth or Die, ask you any of these following question by landing Chakra Rod on you, if you fail to answer any of these question within 7 sec you'll instantly die (LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL PLEASE DO THIS, TRIVIA IN COSAB! (Really basic ass questions: Who is the owner of COSAB? Who is The Bitch of COSAB? Who is the hero of Konoha?)
  48. Animal Pein: 110 HP 4 Regen Animal Pein passive * If you get 5 tile close to him while in chameleon, you'll instantly get stunned for 5sec

Nagato: Slightly More charka, to stop him from being broken CD link Great Bansho and chakra Rod Stab, do not change his HP or HP regen but buff his reflex as for passives: Nagato can toggle between passives : Naraka Path truth or die, Preta Path Rfx Killer, Human Pein ACC killer . Since Nagato isn't controlling Corpse his passive are superior, You'll be asked TWO question in the truth or die , Preta Pein will drain more chakra adding it to Nagatos, human Pein will steal your life force adding it to Nagatos. you can toggle btw these forms

Yagura: Passive :that Reduces the enemy speed while hitting him with Meele during stage 2 and Final Form, Final Form Rework: 22 Speed, 1-2 tile range, Water Bullet, Water Vortex Tsuanmi (forgot what it's called but it's the one where he continously summons water vortexes, feel free to make this one its old OP mode since Final Form takes so damn long,), Water Wave, Water Mirror, Rotating Shell Sphere, Bijuu Dama

Roshi:*Passive, 20% chance to melt any incoming projectile coming his way , during lava armour it's 33% and during stage 1&2&3 it's 35%, Final Form: 25 speed ,2-3 melee range, base moveset except no lava armor, new move, a jutsu where he's able to melt his surroundings, and Monkey Hop, he jumps really high like toad hop cuz he a monkey =D

Prereq idea for RIkudo Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke: To begin with, place a longer starting CD on the Rinengan And Rikudo Naruto transformation, from 1 minute to 2 -3 mins (depends on how OP you're making the locks). Make it so you cannot wall climb and transform, you cannot be in any form of dimension and transform, you cannot hold any keys and transform, YOU MUST BE ON THE GROUND TO TRANS! (VERY IMPORTANT YO!). AND if Naruto or Sasuke is beginning their trans there must be a server wide announcement in bold green letters saying "NARUTO HAS STARTED CHARGING HIS TRANSFORMATION" or "SASUKE HAS STARTED CHARGING HIS TRANSFORMATION" Here's the fun part: with all these insane drawbacks if either Naruto or Sasuke even manages to transform into their mode then the other can transform INSTANTLY! So if Sasuke is able to go Rinnegan then Naruto is able to transform instantly into Rikudo Mode! This makes sense because in the series these two both transformed together, they achieved both of their powers together and it balances it out because Rinnegan Sasuke slaughtering everyone without a Naruto to counter him was never fun, now at least there will be soem competition and it will make things really interesting. Further, make it so that if Madara manages to activate his Rikudo Mode, Obito manages Rikudo, Kaguya is activated, then Naruto and Sasuke can instantly awaken themselves. So what this rework does it makes it harder for Naruto and Sasuke to transform on their own but at the same time makes it way more easier to transform to counter other more powerful locks (WHICH WAS THE INTENTION OF THEIR DESIGN ANYWAYS!). FYI this was an idea very popular among the playerbase, at least the idea of having Naruto transform with Sasuke and vice vera and the instant trans with madara and Kaguya

  71. Rinnegan Sasuke: Still extremely broken because of his jutsus being able to combo with each other. Knowing you however, I'm fully aware that most of this stuff will not be placed in. With that being said we're gonna go all out and list every nerf that is needed, up to you to add them in or not, add whatever you think is feasible and keep in mind the new rework on the prereqs. Link #4 with Chidori (Using Chidori puts everything on CD anyways it just doesn't do it vice versa), Link Amaterasu and #6, Greatly Increase Cd of his #3 (In fact jsut change this stupid ass move, turn it into his swap, he switches places with another person, you can even select who you wanna switch with if they're in rnage, a dialog box shows up asking you or soemthing, Rinne can use his #3 right now in ULT Sussano extremely broken, he brings ppl right to him whiel in ULT and can melee them to death, sub? use #6, give him amat blade projectile move, Passive Rinnegan Sasuke channels his chakra into his eye to refresh it faster, aka Reduce it's cool downs To activate this passive you must toggle on Susano'o Cd link 3 and Amat So every cd link : 4+Chdori, Amat and anti sub, Summon and Amat, Chibaku and Amat and Gen. Increase CD on #4 Increase CD on amat (If this looks overwhelming I know the feeling but this just means he was destined to be this broken, you created a lock that's insanely hard to balance) Passive: Whoever is 5tile near Rinnegan Sasuke, they're immune to the INF Tsuku-no-me
