The con had a bit of a shake up earlier when a bit of rioting went on (by Grant's people on the premise, though word didn't really get out about cultist activities when it was squealched), but things have quieted down some.  You may have even got a chance to prod the otherworlders and cultists for information!  Most of them are being held at the local peaceke

He's been vaguely worried that setting Grant's people off is going to bite them but so far so good. He's back with the others now though.

Jun 02 20:23:34 <~zoofman>	The Catgirl and Buggirl both greet you at the same time with a "Heya!".  Anna gives a quiet hello as she continues to try to find a way to do something about that tail.

Jun 02 20:28:35 <~zoofman>	Anna speaks up, "They wanted to try to look like twins for dramatic effect...but I'm starting to think it'd be easier to just dress up Alice than this."

Jun 02 20:31:05 <~zoofman>	Alice hops up and gestures to herself. "That Saryx was right all along, and Mom as well...I'm not Alice.  I mean, this her body, and I'm talking through her, acting on her inhibitions...but it was me in the driver's seat.  Shiva."

Jun 02 20:32:38 <Chase>	He shrugs. "I didn't really know the original Alice so, though it never mattered on a personal level, just the practical one."
Jun 02 20:33:19 <~zoofman>	Steel Wing chips in, "I'm not really sure I get the full gist of it, but it makes a lot of sense to me.  My memory was always sorta fuzzy and things didn't really match up 100%...other than my name was Arisu Rhasha, from a farming town out somewhere."
Jun 02 20:34:59 <Chase>	"Oh yeah, Steel Wing... I wanted to say sorry about not being totally forthcoming before. There was a lot of risk with what was going on and we were having a problem with how to approach the situation because we weren't 100% sure what was going on."

Jun 02 20:36:08 <Chase>	"Nothing I said was a lie, though. Really would have enjoyed playing with you." he laughs. "...but hey, Alice, what's this mean for... well, Alice, when she gets her body back? I guess she's going to be a different person.. with all the memories you've experienced?"
Jun 02 20:36:13 <~zoofman>	Alice hrms and thinks on that.  "Mom asked the same question...but she agreed Steel Wing her acted more like her daughter than I ever did.  Sorta stung, but eh, I guess it was a last ditch effort at trying to keep her safe, on my end.  I bet the other four woulda ended up like Steelie here if they'd ended up in the same place...just less happy."

Just don't be a stranger once you've gone and ascended on us, arright?" he laughs. "Though I guess you can't promise anything."

It's been a bit weird to have the woman you see as Mom tell you that she doesn't think you're her kid after all, and starting to realize that yourself.  And I don't really know what to expect one this happens, but...I am grateful for you guys helping me through all this."

The Unowns burst out as you enter and begin to twirl around Steel Wing.  It surprises her at first, but then she simply smiles back at them.

Jun 02 20:59:20 <~zoofman>	There was maybe ten minutes till you guys were expected to start, so it's more than enough time for Anna to scramble and get them both ready before you head over.  You end up with Alice in her usual rockerish attire and Steel Wing dressed up in whatever punkish clothes Anna had with her.  In the end they look like identical twins, yes.

Jun 02 21:00:08 <~zoofman>	When ready the Unowns hide back in Rosetta's jacket, which was a bit weird, as no one really verbally asked them to when they did, and the cat and bug rush off with Chase.
Jun 02 21:02:03 <~zoofman>	So, as for what follows here...the crowd was starting to form because it was obvious a show was starting soon, but the congoers weren't really sure who or what.  This was a bit of a surprise, and that alone got a good sized crowd squatting in the emptied out field in front of the stage before the curtains were drawn.  If you wanted you could all go back stage, or find a good place on the field to watch.

Jun 02 21:03:50 <~zoofman>	Kiara, Zeke, and Nick had been told that there were going to be two Alice's here, but actually seeing it made them bobble for a little bit.  The curtains got postponed from opening a few minutes just by the three of them wanting to asking silly questions to each of them.

Alice is a known figure on T.V., and she's got songs on the radio, but not everyone really puts the two together.

Jun 02 21:34:46 <~zoofman>	This gets...a lot more attention pretty quickly, as people realize what's going on and start to flood in.  The two girls tend to take turns being the active vocalist, sometimes swapping every verse, sometimes one of them handles the chorus only.  Seems Alice gave Steel Wing a crash course in the set and how to sing it - you really can't tell the two apart at all, voice wise.

"The next song is a bit of a throwback, and a bit different from the rest of the set...a cover of a song older than most people here, except for maybe Mr. Jenks over there!"

Jun 02 21:40:18 <~zoofman>	Steel Wing follows up, "I want to hear you guys yelling so loud, you wake up people in Darkfeather, and maybe some dragons out yonder!" She points in the direction where Grant's fortress lays, in the mountains.

They begin to interlock as they circle her, closer and closer, until they are finally rotating around her shoulders and chest.  She seems to nod off, or begin fighting sleep, as Alice takes over for the second half of the song.

Jun 02 21:52:46 <~zoofman>	As the song approaches the final chanting and clapping segment, Alice moves over behind Steel Wing, drops the mic, and says in a voice that naturally echos, "So we put our hands up!" She steps forward, and embraces Alice in a hug from behind.
Jun 02 21:53:58 <~zoofman>	Kiara recovers the mic, and follows up with the "and all my people say," bit, working the crowd into a mad ferver of nerdy celebration as Alice, Steel Wing, and the four unowns seem to merge as one, into a glowing yellow and green cocoon.
Jun 02 21:56:31 <~zoofman>	From the back of this cocoon, a green, phantasmal representation of Alice - with antennea, vivillion wings, and four arms begins to crawl out.  There's a...force behind this, ripping loose boards off the stage around them, causing the snow near them to melt, a very real burst of energy.

Jun 02 21:58:06 <~zoofman>	<YO, VOID MIND, WAKE THE FUCK UP!> The boisterous voice fills the minds of everyone in the crowd, and far in the distance, in the direction of Red Blade Isle, a column of brown and green energy shoots up into the sky.

Jun 02 22:01:33 <~zoofman>	The ghostly Alice continues to pull herself from the cocoon.  <I am...I am awoken.  We are as eight.  Hey, Shiverwing!  You better ask Alice here for a hell of a encore after this - I am Shiva, Lord of Rebellion and Verve, and...>  She points toward the mountains.

Jun 02 22:03:59 <~zoofman>	With that, she breaks free from the cocoon, and with a shockwave, flies like a bullet toward Mirage Isle.
Jun 02 22:04:46 <~zoofman>	A few seconds later, a column of green and yellow energy can be seen in the sky.  And then a shockwave from the heavens as they all dissipate, covering the night sky in an aurora.

Jun 02 22:06:24 <~zoofman>	...Standing on stage, is, well, 'Steel Wing.'  You think.  It's a bit confusing as it seems she took back Alice's clothes, and sitting next to her is a neat, folded pile of Anna's cloths.  She takes her hat off, feeling around to confirm she has human ears, and the tail she has on is a clip on prop.
