  8. -Some kind of notification that someone is using their phone such as an animation while not in a vehicle, or a name colour change/[USING CELL PHONE] added to their name while texting.
  9. -Lottery bondsman heist. Similar to fed, requires door to be picked, blasting charge for the vault.
  10. -ALL functions should be the same as the fed, except the payout would be 100% of the tickets from the CURRENT DRAW, and you cannot transfer the cash to an ATM or another person for 10 minutes after the heist was pulled off. If you log out before the heist flag is removed after 10m, the money is removed.

  24. -Stabilisation requires a virtual item - BANDAGE x1. Would only work ONCE and would add two minutes (120 seconds) to bleedout.
  25. -Stabilisation kit functionality removed, its single function now only heals to 80%. No longer stabilizes.
  26. -Stabilisation kit renamed to Medkit for civs
  27. -Reduce Medkit HEAL to 85 when healed by a (MEDIC OR COP) from current 100.
  28. -Patient must be put into medical vehicle in order to keep them stable. (Medical chopper, car, etc)
  29. -Virtual item 'Morphine' added, single use and would get people to 100 health. Purchasable ONLY by medics and costs $500 each
  30. -Suicide requires 1x Lethal Injection or 1x Lethal Firearm on your person.
  31. -Tracking Device for medics to add to their vehicles.
  32. -REMOVING CHANNEL COMMANDER to avoid police bias/annoyance when trying to play medic.

  72. POLICE SYSTEM:
  73. -Ability to pardon individual charges as police.
  74. -Police must take criminals to jail in order to arrest them, otherwise tickets may go back to HQ.
  75. -ADD Office building outside the jail, so they can be sent in (They can also be put into jail via the 'Enter Prison' guard.)
  76. -Invisible backpacks.
  77. -Police no longer permitted to patrol with rifles DRAWN unless in ACTIVE COMBAT.
  78. -Rifles must always be placed in backpack, unless using 7.62 which must remain holstered. (Rule above applies)
  79. -Bounty gain reduced to 50% of bounty from arresting, 25% from murdering. Bounty hunters will get 80% of 50% (40% of bounty shown on list)
  80. -Jail-time set by a responsible corrections officer ranked SPO or above. If officer is not trained, they should not be able to send to jail, and must confer with someone who IS trained.
  81. -Correctional Officer training required
  82. -TRAINING would en-tale a short course on FAIR JAIL TIMES, how to appropriate charges, etc.
  83. -IF NO CORRECTIONS OFFICER IS ON, allow officers to confer with the highest ranking officer in order to make a decision. Maximum sentencing protocol applies.
  84. -Outlaw certain military-style equipment, such as anti-teargas helmets in public, heavy vestments in public(CTRG Mk.I, CTRG Mk.II, GA Carrier Lite, GA Carrier)
  85. -Tac vests would be feasible as LEGAL equipment, all other helmets remain unaffected except TEARGAS (Full heli-crew helmet)

  89. CHOP SHOPPING SYSTEM:
  90. -Chopping Police Vehicles, enables use of the wanted list in vehicles (if present in virtual inventory)

  92. -'Hotwiring training' required in order to start the engine of trucks after being lockpicked. Requires 1x Hotwiring Kit to be in the virtual inventory.

  94. -Chop-shopping a vehicle takes a certain amount of time
  95. Standard Cars (Hatchback, Ofrroad, Quad)

  98. - 180 seconds. (3 minutes)

  100. - 300 seconds. (5 minutes)
  101. -Displays some information such as removing fuel, removing oil, chopping up engine (Similar to A3Wasteland)
  102. -If shots are fired within 450m then the chopping cancels as the mechanics scuttle off (They don't want to get shot)
