PROTO'S 3000 FOLLOWER SPECIAL INFO PASTEBIN

First of all, thank you, all of you, so very much for supporting me this much for this long. I never get less appreciative of everything my friends and community do for me.

For my 3000 follower special I am going to attempt to beat Kaizo Mario World. This will be a long and difficult challenge; don't expect this to be a single stream or even a single week. But, so long as I continue to enjoy the challenge and feel like I'm progressing, I will continue to play the game.

I can't promise I will beat the game but I am going to do my absolute best.

So how's this going to work stream-wise? I'm going to be keeping my normal streaming schedule (2-3 hour streams ~4 times a week), and will be focusing exclusively on Kaizo until I start to feel fatigued by the game. When that happens, I'll resume normal speedrun streams (CCS Tetris, Megaman 6, et cetera) and mix those with Kaizo streams to keep morale and interest up.

"But streamer," you might ask, "why do you have a timer up if this is basically a Let's Play?"

That's a good question! I will be playing this game "speedrun-learning" style, inspired by Tinahacks. Each time I complete a new level, I will play the game from the beginning to reach the next level. By doing this, I'll hopefully reach the end of the game far more competent in Kaizo mechanics and gameplay and fairly capable of beating the early game quickly. Also, trying to time the single playthrough from the start would be unfair since I've already put a few hours in over the last couple years on this game, so the timing would be inaccurate

As a final note, you'll notice there's a donation goal on stream during this special. This goal is to raise money to a) get some new stream graphics (profile banners, offline header, etc) so that everything matches the aesthetic I have on stream and in my avatar, and b) to buy an AV Famicom with which to play those FC Rockman carts I got recently (and an AV Fami is a *lot* easier to travel to, say, GDQ with).

Donating to this goal is COMPLETELY OPTIONAL because this fundraiser isn't really a part of, but rather coincides with, the special. This 3000 follower special is about saying thanks to you, the viewers, so I don't want it to be all about raising money. Also, the graphics update and AV Fami aren't things I really need, and your money would frankly better be off if given to, say, the NoDAPL fund or the ACLU. However, any support would be greatly appreciated and, as always, used 100% for the stream.
