Crimes: And she told me that I could possibly have a tumour in my brain that is causing my headaches
Crimes: And that my testicular cancer might be flaring up again, in addition to me having a large backup of sperm that is putting pressure on my bladder
Crimes: Which could cause more issues
Crimes: So basically, I have to fap 3-4 times a day to relieve the pressure, or else it feels like someone is squeezing my testicles in a vice grip
