[b]Narrative:[/b] Received a 911 call about a hostage situation at DMV. As we arrived, there was a gentlemen in the back of a mitsubishi, the driver then quickly drove off starting a 57. He was taking him hostage prior to brandishing a firearm. After a lengthy pursuit through the county, he ended up ramping off a hill, over a river and into the SF airport - somehow miraculously surviving. After that, we pulled up and 20-DAVID set up as a sniper up in the cliff-edge where he jumped off. He was seen reaching behind the vehicle to grab something so he was then shot. The hostage was then secured and he stepped out and was taken to safety.
