I've been an admin in one another server. It was like a beta server, no players were playing there. I just learnt some commands there.

Not much, maybe it comes like 10-20 hours from all other servers, except MTARP.

Well, Im active player, I really like to help people, and I'd really like to help "new" people to server. Also When It's morning where I live, there ain't admins online, but some players. I'd say also, that I'd keep that admin duty like a job for me. Reports would come first, then after that roleplaying.

My goal would help all the players, and do my best to help increase server's playerbase. I'd start doing reports, instantly when they come in(when i'm not in the middle of roleplaying). But yes, my premiere goal is to help playerbase, and do my duties as well as there is possible.

I actually don't think I do, but I'm very helpful. Like I said I could do anything which includes ingame, helping other players.

Well, to be true, there ain't a "problem" in the server. I'd think just we need "more" active admins ingame, and people from different timezones, that there is always some admin online, helping other players. I also could help the mapping, since I've mapped abit. Im not a person who bans/jails when someone does something first, I'd like to give them a chance to do it right. But If I'd see him/her not do it again, I'd use some power. I'd really want to see every single person in the server roleplaying as best as they could. Its not up to me, but I would change the vpoints system abit, remove or lower the car prices, because in real life, dodge charger is more expensive than a chrysler.

SO that rules specially says that drive realistic. You dont see guys drifting around in Los Angeles 100 km/h.

Excessively doing this may result in a permanent ban. -- You can use any famous name in your character name, for an example : Jason Statham, Mark Wahlberg, etc. You can use like Jason Wahlberg, but thats lame, for me.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3.[/COLOR][/B] Metagaming, mixing In-Character and Out-Of-Character information is strictly prohibited. Feelings, emotions or otherwise involved subjects in one area may not be brought into the other, they’re separate. This includes giving Real Life money for In-Game assets and vice versa. -- That means you can't use any information ICly, that you get from OOC. Like when someone asks you to pick him up at somewhere through PM's. Or when someone asks you to lend money in OOC chat or PM.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]Now, take those three rules, and tell me what you would do if someone broke those rules. (These do no determine if you are admin or not, they simply determine your skill level)[/COLOR][/B]
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] I'd give a verbal warning to them. Tell them to drive realisticly.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] I'd warn them that, if they keep driving nonrply, Im gonna jail him - depends how he is driving - may jail for 10-15minutes.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 3rd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] I wouldn't warn him anymore, would give him insta jail - 30-45 minutes.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] I will jail them and ask them to report for the new name.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] If he refues to give new name, I'd keep him in jail permanently.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 3rd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] If he starts blaming/swearing, I would mute him also.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Depends ofcourse what happened, but I would ask for a rollback(when I've seen everything from the beggining). Verbal Warning.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] I'd give him a small jail time, maybe he will gonna learn from his mistakes.

During your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this application will result in termination of your admin position, If you have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a stranger, you will be terminated.

Staff acknowledges that, in the course of employment by MTA Roleplay, the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information, pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time, during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports, manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer MTA Roleplay to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and assigns.
