  13. No swearing at all. Harsh swear words will get you banned immediately; lighter swear words will get you a warning and then a ban if you ignore the warning. The server admins reserve the right to judge which words are considered harsh, and acronyms/abbreviations DO count as swearing.

  27. 1.first of all, there was no warning, who doesn't give a warning especially someone who just started playing. ( at least a bit of leniency?)
  28. 2.Give me a break OK? so i messed up on the first day, before you say "you didn't read the rules" i did.
  29. i can't memorize everything in one day, no the rules aren't too much to ask but people have a rough time first starting
  30. off it takes me a little bit to get into the feel of the server and the rules, try going from servers that people don't mind swearing too much to an extremely strict server so strict that abbreviating "bs" will get you banned. no appeal. no one cares. to be honest i don't like being called stupid, do i call you stupid? no so don't call me stupid please?

  41. Let's assume human error here and that, you're right, I can't expect you to memorise all of the rules at once.

  43. It's the first rule. The first rule on the page. The very first one.

  45. Alright - now that we've got that out of the way, let's talk about the whole 'warning' thing. It's irrelevant because the rules say "NO SWEARING". That means, don't do it. Not, 'it's okay, you can do it a few times, we'll just warn you'. It's no swearing. Swearing is against the rules. So you swear, and you break that rule. We can do whatever we like at that point, because it's a rule, and you broke it.

  47. Now, underneath the 'no swearing' bit, it says 'the admins decide what merits a warn and what merits a ban'. We all ban for the word 'shit'. You didn't know this, but then you didn't NEED to know this, because if you'd listened to the rule in the first place and just not swore at all on the server, you'd have been fine.

OK well provided you have good points, still i mean of course im not arguing with the fact you have the power to ban whoever you want or anything, you have the right, now all i said was "bs" it was an abbreviation i mean had i said "bullshit" i could see it, at least i abbreviated it for everyone's benefit, except mine apparently because the rules are about as strict as Nazi Germany under the reign of Adolf Hitler. who am i hurting by saying bs? some 8 year old is gonna tell on me to his mommy? were adults, granted that its perfectly fine for an 8 year old who tattle to his mommy ever time someone says "crap". i was frustrated because i had died in an abandoned mineshaft but you should know that because you had to quote what i said in your first reply, not like i know what i said or anything. and what about you calling me stupid? you think im stupid? do you know me? so if i ever catch you slipping up on a rule i can call you stupid? free country right? normally I try to appeal nice and easy, within reason, sincerely apologize but when you have no sense of forgiveness for 'slipping up' it's hard to remain within reason, truly this is the only server with admins that have supreme rule and appealing is useless. when you break a rule you should be able to appeal and just have a "it's ok, you broke a rule and you'll have to be punished" (i'm not arguing that i broke a rule i did, but the consequence seems a bit outstanding) i mean a perm-ban for an abbreviation of a bad word? and again had i said the actual word "bullshit" i can see a perm-ban within reason, but for the abbreviation there should be some lenience. maybe for a day or probably a week, but the first day. i swear to express emotion, everyone does, it's not like i went all out and said something like "jesus-christ i ducking hate dying in god-damn abanconded mineshafts, this is such bullshit" forgive me but even if i do have a good point of what happened you're so stuck in you're faulty decision that i'm still going to be banned. because you have supreme rule. heil hitler?

  71. Alas some of us don't behave like adults. Regardless, our server is clearly labelled as a family friendly server suitable for young children - we have five-year-olds playing with is - and if you didn't like that idea, you have only yourself to blame for signing up and getting banned.

  81. I get it, I really do. You broke a rule, you got banned, you can't accept that, you make me the bad guy. Happens all the time; you're not alone in your inability to accept the consequences of your actions even when it's clearly explained to you 'if you do this you will get banned'. You're shocked that you got banned when you did it? And it's my fault? Sure.
