that's fine and all, but once we had the people on we should've switched to mythic. and if you wanted to finish heroic, then you obviously could've done that and told me to hop back on afterwards for mythics
and also if you didn't want me to leave... then you most certaintly could've asked me to stay

it was essentially the same shit that happened here, heroic on a mythic night except on that night we were waiting near half an hour JUST FOR SOMEONE TO COME IN ON MANNOROTH. i had told him already that if we don't pull soon i'm just going to leave and
that he could message me whenever he's ready for mythics
it was from my understanding that heroic runs were designated on fridays (to gear mains and alts alike)
and i totally understand switching to heroic if there aren't enough people for mythic, it sure as hell beats sitting there doing nothing
my only problem here is that you seem to be upset with me now (as you have gkicked me) even though the other night when i left, you were totally fine with it.
you tell me to do something and i'll do it. end of story. but when i get "np" then i'm sure as hell going to assume everything is fine

You just still don't get it do you? When the members who show up are like 705 and you only have 18 raiders you run heroic. When the other raiders show up who are able to 1 phase reaver and kormrok then you go to mythic

you truly have no right to be upset with me at this point for two reasons. 1.) not once did you address any of this with me.  2.) how many of your raiders have stopped playing "until legion"? atleast i log in.
in the end, if you want me to come back in i'll come back in. i'm an amazing healer and a great asset to your group currently. if not, that's totally up to you. i'm just glad that i understand the situation fully now.

Look the way I see it you have 2 options. Option 1 includes treating, my guildies with more respect, not stepping over the line with constructive critisism, being more patient when we have a wait time. Have a game of HotS for all I give a shit. Some
raiders kindof think of you as being mean to them so you know and a few of those people actually left until legion.
And I am sure you know what option two is
Personally I would like to have you back, I get along with you fine, But it is not 100% my decision at this point
