OneStepCloud is a platform that enables automatic creation of the virtual servers and virtual environments. By leveraging simple and intuitive interface it allows non-technical ignorants people to leverage virtualization advantages. For more advanced users OneStepCloud offers ability to manage virtual infrastructure head to foot.
2.	What are OneStepCloud’s main advantages?

Each virtual server is chargedbilled per hour based on its actual resources usage.
2.	What form of payments do you accept?
You can choose to charge your account through PayPal. Additionally if you received your promo-code you are able to charge your account with it.

Technical
1.	Do you offer backups?
Yes, you can manage backups of your virtual environment by yourself in “Backup” tab.
2.	Do you have a default firewall enabled?
Yes, all virtual machines have a firewall enabled by default. You can change it by modifying virtual machine settings or by going to  the “Networking” tab.
3.	What kind of virtualization do you use?
We use VMware as our main virtualization software.
4.	What hardware is your infrastructure based on?
We use hardware only from Dell.
5.	What kind of network does OneStepCloud run on?
OneStepCloud is leveraging modular design with 10/40GbE switches.
6.	What processor models does OneStepCloud run on?
We are using Intel Xeon processors.
7.	Do you offer Windows based virtual servers?
Yes, we offer virtual severs with Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012 R2 installed and configured depending on the chosen parameters.
8.	What type of file system formats do you use?
We are usinge the VMDK5 file system format.
9.	How can I request a new feature?
To submit a feature request or a suggestion, please use our contact form.
10.	How do I login to my virtual infrastructure?
You can log in to your virtual infrastructure by downloading a VPN client available after you log in to OneStepCloud.
11.	How do I connect to the virtual server?
When you connect to your virtual infrastructure by using VPN you are able to access your virtual servers through RDP (Windows based), VNC or SSH (Linux based).
12.	Is my virtual infrastructure public IP address static?
Yes, your virtual infrastructure public IP address is static. It cannot be changed.
13.	How do I assign a public IP address to a virtual server?
Open a virtual machine details and click on the “Assign public IP address” button. IfWhen you have available the public IP addresses available you will be able to choose it from the list.
14.	How can I request a new public IP address?
In settings cClick on the “Request public IP address” button in settings.

Yes.
2.	Do you offer managed hosting?
No, OneStepCloud is completely automated and unmanaged. However, if you experience any issues, you can contact our support team.
3.	What is your SLA?
OneStepCloud provides a 99% uptime SLA.
4.	Where are your datacenters located?
We leverage datacenters of vXchnge located in United States.
5.	Are your datacenters certified / PCI compliant?
Yes, our datacenter is SSAE16 Type 2 and SOC2 compliant.
