Our head administrator has informed me that he has gone through to remove all of the Faithless Vitality Augments that he discovered were obtained by using a glitch that allowed people to hit the Jealous Teacher repeatedly in a single run. We are aware of this glitch and he has worked with our programmer to identify accounts that abused it. He only went in and removed them from the obvious accounts, any account that had a close ratio of Wizard Tower runs to FV augments, even if it was often heavily in their favor, were not touched. We have all of the data to support this and I have been told to let people know that they can contact [email protected] to contact our head administrator if they wish to purchase the difference in augments that were taken back from Wizard Tower runs. There is nothing I can do through the support ticket system in regards to this, I am just told what to do in regards to these issues and do not have any authority to override any decisions that have been made. Unfortunately I am the messenger of bad news, and this is the information that I must provide for you. Please do not continue to submit tickets regarding this issue, as I have no authority to override any of these decisions and I have given you a contact email if you wish to discuss purchasing the augments you lost back at a more appropriate ratio.
