  1. As blood poured down from his wounds he realised the lack of time he had. The Melym had to race against his own blood, to see if he could last long enough to heal himself. Teeth pushed against another to relieve himself of the pain Ayzen's blade had caused him. While Ayzen showed regret, it was only after Jerudiel had defeated him in combat. Earlier the man failed to accept his crimes, and which is what lead to their current standing.
  2.
  3. Metal rang repeatedly as Ayzen's heavy weapon dropped down upon Jerudiel's steel. The Clang rattled the foundations of his bones as the Melym buckled under his pressure. Agility however allowed him the liability to evade his threatening jabs. The Melym rolled away from the tip of Ayzen's blade as he struggled to lift from his lying position. He glared at the occultist, staring in fear of what he could do. But that wasn't what Jerudiel would do.
  4.
  5. "No more..." His muttering came to an end, and this time his retaliation would cease their struggle. He retreat a few steps, scuttling back a distance, but Ayzen would not remain seated. The Occultist disappeared from his current position, travelling with the lightning as he struck down next to the Melym.
  6.
  7. Jerudiel reacted by reeling his elbow back as it was jammed into Ayzen's stomach, most likely causing him to retch. A Foot was then planted upon the grass before him, as it initiated a chan reaction of magical commands to happen. It first caused a wall to rise from the ground, springing Ayzen up in the air. A Pit formed where he'd fall, and hands of earth received the Occultist. No longer would he cause anymore pain to his vicinity. Exorcism only burned past depravity, and Ayzen was far beyond that stage.
  8.
  9. He had to use his whole power, the remaining shreds of his mana to channel an attack mighty enough to tumble the fearful beast of Ayzen. Closing his eyes, he'd concentrate his full attention on individual before him, as words were linked into a full fledged spell.
  10. Everything began with light.
  11. Everything will return to light.
  12. Therefore light is life and death.
  13. The birthing mother and the swallowing snake.
  14. Everything flows within the lifestream. Not even time itself can escape.
  15. Like a boat at the mercy of a mighty wave, all are swallowed in the end.
  16. But taken, as they are given. I will love the heartlessness and transience deeply.
  17. My body will become the receiver of life, and my conscience will act as the reaper of just.
  18. All things must flow to the silver maned Melym, for I will unleash the petrifying snake of injustice
  19. Luxate!
  20.
  21. His words caused the water to shake, drifting into larger waves as the ground disrupted it with vibrations. The Rumbling was joined with a strange light, appearing by Jerudiel's fingers. It resembled the striking power of the sun, and enlarged into a sphere the size of a boulder. Both palms were joined into containing the power of his spell, and as the word Luxate resounded it'd mean the end of the beginning.
  22.
  23. The Sphere grew elongated and shaped into a beam, twisting across the field as it headed in Ayzen's direction. It swallowed him awhole, burning him within the core of his attack. As Ayzen was an occultist, he was extremely damaged by the attack. The Light burned through his skin, and caused severe damage before it disrupted, setting him down into the grass. He was most likely unconscious, but his heart still carried a pulse. Why? Because Jerudiel was a man of Kraus, and his guiding angel spoke of imprisoning before killing. However, he wasn't going to let him off the hook that easily.
  24.
  25. When Jerudiel claimed that victory, a price shortly followed in terms with his act of assault. He would have to shoulder any vicious acts that Ayzen committed upon himself. That fact alone weighed heavy, but an essential burden Jerudiel accepted with mercy.
  26. (Jerudiel Melym)
