  1. DOMAIN APPRAISAL / EVALUATION SCAM
  2.
  3. Soon-burning-in-hell-Dude fakes interest in your domain, tells a very high price to cause greed and then asks for an appraisal / valuation / evaluation at his own platform instead of a well-known one like Sedo, so he gets the money for the appraisal but doesn't buy the domain afterwards. He will come up with an excuse and tries even to get more money from you (tells something about commission and crap).

  48. AFTER YOUR RESPONSE
  49. -------------------
  50.
  51. I offer you 25000 usd for all three domains. I have 90,000 budget for 15-20 domains.
  52.
  53. In order to process with the deal I need two small things to be accomplished.
  54.
  55. 1. I need a professional evaluation (appraisal) from you.
  56.
  57. It should be from an independent evaluation company. I don't trust automated services from companies I've never heard about.
  58.
  59. Without a professional evaluation we both cannot be sure in the final sale price. It will minimize the investing risks.
  60.
  61. 2. I  need  the evaluation service with a trademark verification. It's important for us to know that you domain has no problems
  62. with trademarks. Some evaluators include this option in the appraisalsal service.
  63.
  64. I asked in the forum about reliable evaluation services. Please read this information:
  65. http://www.forum-windows-club.com/Archive/572364819.htm
  66.
  67. If the evaluation comes higher you can change your asking price. After you send me the professional evaluation via email (usually it takes one day to obtain it) we'll be doing business.
  68.
  69. What is your preferred payment method:  Escrow.com, International wire transfer, PayPal.com or something else?

  76.
  77. The fun is... the domains that dickhead pretends to give you 25,000 $ for are nearly worthless. And someone who is willing to give you 25,000 $ for your crap asks in a "windows forum" for advice, and although he is THAT DAMN HARD interested whilst offering you 25-thousand he isn't able to pay the few bucks for the appraisal...
  78.
  79. And you fall for it. LOL!
