  6.  Name: Tabernacle              Level:  1         Destiny:
  7.
  8.     Age: Unknown      Race: Android / Male      Job: Ranger [Gunner]  Build: Bulky, Vaguely Humanoid
  9.     Ht: 6 foot 8 inches     Wt. 350 pounds     Hair: None   Eye: camera lens  Skin: rusty metal shell with remnants of a tan, military paintjob
  10.
  11.     Appearance: Unlike most androids, Tabernacle was built to look as impregnable and intimidating on the battlefield as possible. Lacking human traits other than two arms and two legs, Tabernacle's body is composed of a bulbous, armored shell interspersed with camera lenses for sight instead of a head. General appearance is extremely ramshackle, with hasty repairs present in all body parts.
  12. Gear, such as ammunition or potions are usually stowed in a ramshackle array of suplus military pouches or simply taped to his chassis. Various religious symbols and lucky charms hang off his chassis in places. Overall it appears as if this former state-of-the-art military android has had to make due with simple, ham-handed repairs by only somewhat skilled village blacksmiths and carpenters.

  68.     Backstory
  69.   Tabernacle was once a human soldier, mortally wounded (or so it seemed) in battle. He was to leave behind a loving family and a normal life in death.
  70.
  71. The problem is that he never really died. His body was recovered from the battlefield and implanted in a prototype, state of the art M-tek combat android body, using technology and processes that were barely understood - the transition from man to machine was rougher than most. Plagued with build defects that caused him various effects like pain every minute he was awake to a slowly fading memory, his last conscious decision as himself was to desert the army days before he was scheduled to be decommissioned.
  72. He wandered the lands, doing odd jobs for villages as he forgot more and more about himself, eventually adopting the moniker Tabernacle in place of his forgotten real name.
  73.
  74. Years of freelance mercenary work has left his formerly advanced, tuned, state of the art body into a ramshackle mess of improvised repairs and barely functioning systems - only the most robust of his once numerous implant grafts still function, and his formerly impregnable metal shell now
  75. a patchwork assortment of wooden beams, pot metal, cloth, and bits of his original armor plate.
  76.
  77. He roams, looking for the man he was - and a way to adjust to the monster he is.
  78.

  84.     4: (Greed) Take revenge on the country that built him
