Instant text strat

I've made up a really safe route (with the only little threat being the Rocket fight as Nidoran), which can consistently get really really good times. You battle Rival 2 without insta text and heal afterwards, then setup insta text. That allows you to keep insta text up to Bill, you get 25 for Staryu (!) and the chance is really really low that you die or have to heal in any of the fights after Rival 2.

Here's the route:
- get WaterGun
- battle the first Nerd in MtMoon, get RC+Rope, SKIP the Oddish/Bellsprout Lass
- battle Rocket as Nidoran (you're L15 for this, so Zubat is very likely a 2-shot)
- with a L4 Nido you'll need to get 64 extra Exp off encounters, so you evolve after Rocket (31 would be enough for that Lvlup, but you need some more for later)
- beat Rival 2 first, take Center afterwards and setup insta text
- get Rare Candy, defeat Routes 24&25 (Onix Hiker), youll still be L22 for Bill's dialogue
- if you got your 64 extra Exp, you reach L23 after Goldeen --> candy twice to L25, beat Misty

- take center or heal with potions if you need to, teach Bubblebeam
- setup insta text again, go to Vermilion City, beat SS Anne, do the shopping afterwards ... and so on

Also be sure to save some HornAttack PP on routes 24&25. You want 2 for Goldeen and at least 1 for SS Anne Rival's Pidgeotto.

If you want to torture yourself, you can get MegaPunch (+1-2 more Moon encounters on average), beat Rival 2 with insta text and save about 6-8 turns on NuggetBridge on average. It is your choice if you decide, that MP would be worth it.
