Backstory:Raul was always a happy go lucky guy, always smiling. Raul always thought of himself as a 'Good guy' always helping around the house, never back talking. Raul was the star player of his local towns track team, he was fast. Faster than any other kid he ran against. At a young age Raul was shown how cruel the world could really be, his sister being robbed and killed, and his parents leaving him. Raul decided he should help out as much as he could, and joined up with a few of his freinds. To fight crime! To Bring Justice! All was fun and games, until Raul's friends were brutally murdered infront of his eyes, it was then that he gave up on his own life. And decided another life should come before his own. Raul now a days joins up with any Military Faction, or a small police force that he believes is good to bring justice to crime. Raul wishes for all the crime in the world to vanish, and for justice to come out on top.
