RDM:Killing a player for no valid reason. Walking up to someone killing them. =RDM
NLR:Your base is getting raided, you die coming back and trying to defend after you die. that is breaking nlr.
CDM:CDM/VDM is if you see someone of the street and then you get in a car or motor vehicle and then run them over so they die.
RDA:Walking up to someone as Civil Protection and arresting them for no valid reason.

A user is disrespecting you, shouting offensive slurs at you. He says his reasoning behind this is because he thinks you aren't doing your job correctly. How do you handle this?:
Tell him i am doing my best but that does not give him a reason to cuss. I would ask him to stop if he doesnt that would lead to punishment.
Who are more important, the staff, or the players? Why?:
Players because they keep the server running by donating and playing on it because if you buy a server that has no players whats the point of having a server?
