  1. This group formed with Mortal Online in mind and dedicated itself to that purpose two years in advance of the debut of the game, or four years ago in all. Aegis Imperium was the first guild to enter both MO's Combat Beta and regular Closed Beta; our leader, Necromantic, had the distinction of being the first person besides a Star Vault employee to log onto one of their servers.

  3. Aegis Imperium tested the game of MO thoroughly and set a high standard for community contribution to that game from the early days. Their player-generated map of the world of Nave is still considered the definitive one, even as Star Vault is on the brink of releasing an in-game map to go with Territory Control.

  5. Between the individual members, there are few games and few legitimate playstyles with which we're not familiar. Several of us have good technical knowledge of how games work or are made, and our patience is the stuff of legend.
  6.
  7. We have reasonably mature players over a wide range of 18+ ages, both sexes, and several continents. We use VOIP communications and can be seen to have posted legibly, usefully and enthusiastically on real issues within the MO community. We've earned a reputation for being helpful to newbies and willing to compile data and share it appropriately.

  9. Perhaps most importantly, we have operated under NDAs before, and quite strictly enforced them within and outside of the group.
