Hey,

 

After being ITM for a while, i have found that multiple drones and team staff have found problems with the current system. After deciding that it would be best to change the system once we get onto the new site, me and my ITA's thought about how we could change it, making it more effeminate and hopefully, keep everyone happy.

 

We have decided that we would like to go back to more of the way that TG ran things, by changing so that , rather than the ITS deciding where drones will go, they will read the descriptions of the teams and choose which teams they would like to visit from that. This does not mean TS should be messaging drones trying to persuade them to join them, you should rely on your description to bring members in.

 

With this we would encourage drones to try at at least 2 teams but will not force them to if they do not wish, although they will have to attend 3 practices whilst under the drones tag, that figure won't be negotiable.

 

I'd like go get some feedback off of you guys, so anything you think should be changed or improved please do say.
