You have no idea of what is up--or has been up with (S) health--reflective of what kind of friend you are.We need the room you have been occupying to renovate it---move Shawn into it while we renovate his--his dust allergy is making the sleep apnea worse and carpets have to be removed.

Both cats will be staying--if I have any more threats from you I will call the police.  I have NO legal requirement to give you ANY notice!!--as I have a family member in the house.
 Shawn's health has improved over the last 2 months as he is now on a CPAP machine for severe sleep apnea.---which means he has had carbon dioxide build up for a few years--as I have said before----he was not himself--you helped him NOT AT ALL!!!!!

As you have been so arrogant --threatening me in print about stealing my son's cats--he had to convince you to rescue BEn   ( for legal purposes for me--thanx!!!)--I want you out immediately.  Carol Mulder.

PS--I will not charge you damages to the carpet in front of the bedroom door--where the cats scratched up the carpet trying to get in the room,--you have been a terrible tenant--no involvement in anything--no grass cutting--no weed pulling--lying to me about smoking--butts all over the porch and sidewalk below------Cat litter and shit left in the decorative front garden------   practically moving your girlfriend in this summer--no word to me------etc. etc. --no thanx for the incredibly low rent--Stefan you should take more care in future dealings in your life.
