  5. (Eat at least 1 hour after waking up....30 min or < is better)

  9. -Amy's soups....lentil, black bean, vegetable lentil, vegitable. Use 1/4 pound meat per soup. Cook a whole pound to keep it ready for the following days.

  11. -avacado with tajin (mexican lemon salt)

  13. Salad with no sugar dressing....preferable not sweetened with splenda. Maybe oil and balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper

  18. -Chili....4 cans chili beans, 1 can regular tomatoes, 1 can chili tomatoes, mushrooms, 1lb meat, 1-2 tbs chili powder garlic worestisture cumin, salt pepper as needed.

  20. -Veggie soup...2 cans mixed veggies, 1 can green beans, 1 lb meat, mushrooms, 1 can tomatoes. You can add an extra can of veggies, season with whatever,

  22. -Chop steak - 1 lb meat in 2 or 4 patties add mushrooms, bake in oven for 20 min till brown all the way through, season with salt pepper or garlic or steak seasoning olive oil in the pan or dish
