Everyone plays Eve in different ways.  Some coalitions take their strength from coaine fuelled megalomaniac leaders, others are built around middle mangement and form-filling, and some have exchanging ISK for Roubles as their key activity.

In PanFam, we play the *right* way, which means fights and explosions and the tears of our opponents.  For that, we need a constant supply of FCs.  Every FC you've ever heard of started the same way - running small fleets with a few bros roaming around looking for trouble.

NOW IS YOUR TIME TO BE A NAME!

Commencing immedately, we are starting the SKYBEAN programme.  The way it works is that the H-Dirs will post an op on the forums, and we will then find one Hordebro with balls of steel and a working microphone to step up and FC it.  However new or bitter you are, it can be you.  There are no forms to fill in, no interviews, and no tests to pass.  All it takes is courage.

And then for the fleet the sponsoring director (mostly me, but other PanFam FCs as well) will hand out free ships to everyone who joins the fleet, will help the SKYBEAN decide on the roam route, and will be in comms to give quiet backseat advice if needed, and a debrief after.
