I. Paragraph Response


1. What makes you think you have the skills required to join this division?: I have skills at shooting weapons,I like doing a lot of teamwork, I communicate a lot and I never give up on my job. I'm a very hard working man and I just need one shot inside the SWAT, I will make you proud. I'm a very trustedman and I will always do what I'm told, I will respect everybody no matter what.

2. Give an explanation of what SWAT is used for, within the department: SWAT is used for high-risk operations and when you're capturing a mafia boss, or any dangerous situations.

3. Why would you like to join SWAT?: I'd like to join SWAT becuase ever since I joined the Department, I also dreamed of joining. I want to do a lot of teamwork, a lot of communication and a lot of work. I want to help out with the SWAT, and I know it's a hard job but I will never give up on my job.

4. Give an explanation on how teamwork, and effective communication can make or break a team: Teamwork can break a team if the team doesn't listen, and they don't do anything. Teamwork works when you listen, and never get too scared. Effective Communication can happen when you don't know what you're saying, or you never listen to orders. When you follow them, it's going to work out.
