- **********READ BELOW IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THE SITUATION**********
- You found this and might be out of the loop. A3L or ArmA 3 life is a RPG community on ArmA 3. The purpose of this server was to have a mature fun roleplaying experience. The biggest youtubers and streamers that play ArmA/DayZ have been on this server. Some have wised up and left the server because the constant drama filled clusterfuck that A3L is. Now its just a circlejerk of fucking around.
- Now this is good to read if you do not have any idea whats wrong or don't know. A3L in 'Closed Alpha' charged $30 to play on the server. What is wrong with that is Bohemia Interactive(Game Developer/Publisher) has a End User License Agreement(EULA), in that EULA it essentially(not exactly) states that you cannot use the program for commercial gain. That means donating for in-game perks such as "donator shops" or "player slots"..etc... There is a difference between "Donating" to the server to keep it running and paying for things in-game. Some would say "oh shut up kike, it just goes to help the server", you'd be surprised what some community owners would do with 'donation' money. Obviously I don't have any proof of A3L's leaders using 'donation' money for other than the community and not accusing them. In the past few weeks Bohemia has talked to A3L about the $30 charge to access the server and was removed. Charging $30 for server access really got people mad, and what got people really angry was the immaturity and childish actions from A3L's leaders to the
- community. It's really childish when you have to get BI to step in and then cause a uproar. Shit like this never happens in the
- ArmA community, it is filled with mature people that respect each other. So when you have a community as explained, involving people that have been there forever with popular addon creators call for action then there is something very wrong.
- Other than that slice of bullshit the bigger side of bullshit involves taking models from other games, using tonics altis life framework(being a total cunt about it on the forums), and taking other peoples scripts/work without consent claiming A3L made it.
- (I swear A3L must be ran by gypsies). As you will see below is all proof of their bullshit.
