inSpire: There were I think 3 points that Selin brought up that the other staff viewed as grievances against me
inSpire: 1. i was being toxic to other players and the head admin
inSpire: 2. one event would make me toxic
inSpire: 3. i don't listen to higher admins
inSpire: regarding point 1
inSpire: the player in question I was being "mean" to was some player who happened to be a very young kid
inSpire: pretty much over the course of a couple of hours in the server, he would constantly beg me to team with him, and I would tell him no. He sent me his credits and I refunded him like 6+ times before I just decided I'd finally keep them
inSpire: He just kept beggining and spamming chat asking to team, I kept telling him no, until I said "stop fucking asking me," which apparently got screenshotted by Nightmare
inSpire: I really do not see the issue there
inSpire: Second part is me being tilted and flaming nightmare in chat and calling him a tool for buying awps every other round and selectively targeting me, teaming with his buddies on friends list to go after me/protect him, camping, and allegedly ghosting
inSpire: The game was literally unplayable for me every other round because I'd die 10 seconds into each round, unless it was a giant map and I bought 25hp/armor and ran the fuck away while dancing
inSpire: I complained to Asian and Headline about being targeted and not being able to play the game, Asian made the suggestion to Headline to modify awp shots to have a cooldown, and raised the price
inSpire: Both agreed that I was justified in feeling frustrated
inSpire: now on to point 2
inSpire: Which is pretty much the whole awp scenario, and that got fixed. and refer to previous paragraph
inSpire: point 3 being
inSpire: Couple of days ago, some player on the server posted a link to a cheat site (i checked it out and verified that it was indeed a cheat site)
inSpire: I gagged the player immediately, no warning (as under my discretion, advertising, especially cheat sites, is zero tolerance on par with actually cheating)
inSpire: pwnage4thewin (admin) ungags him, basically goes "wtf you're supposed to warn him", and I proceed to kick the player in question
inSpire: player immediately reconnects, and I kick him again (probably was unnecessary, but even Asian and Headline confirmed that advertising cheat sites, or advertising in general, is a bannable offense)
inSpire: Pwnage gets into an argument with me about how you have to warn for everything, I disagree and say that there's certain situations that dont merit a warning, Pwnage gets Nightmare in the server, I proceed to disagree with him
inSpire: We go to TS, bother Asian, Asian says "adverts are bannable", kicks us from his channel because he's busy playing a game lol
inSpire: I talked with both other owners and I was basically cleared on that part
inSpire: and yup, that's it.

inSpire: i'm under the impression that mods/admins have the discretion to use their judgment on a case-by-case basis, especially for more less cookie-cutter cases
inSpire: if I get my part of using my discretion invalidated because of ideological differences in semantics by the higher admins (who frankly probably have less experience running a server), what's the point about having discretion?

inSpire: they're only raising a fuss partially because the player in question happened to be a really young kid
inSpire: if i wanted to be an asshole to that player, i would have just taken his credits immediately and told him to fuck off
inSpire: i refunded his credits at least half a dozen times, told him no, warned him i will still kill him, and he's still spamming chat begging me to team
inSpire: i called out Nightmare because I was righteouslly frustrated. You know how annoying it is to die to awps every other round, with Nightmare going to lengths such as teaming with 2 buddies to protect him from using the awp shot until he finds me on the awp
inSpire: or having his buddies try to find me and call out on steam/TS where I am
inSpire: allegedly ghosting (there were several instances where I was hiding and the moment I peeked out, I died)

inSpire: honestly, it didnt matter what his position was, I would have flamed all the same

inSpire: He'd buy an awp
inSpire: On large maps, he'd have his buddies protect him so he can save that 1 shot until he finds me
inSpire: if we spawned on opposite sides of lets say, catching fire
inSpire: It was literally unplayable
inSpire: I had to suicide after winning rounds just to buy 25hp/armor in a chance to gamble to stay alive past 10 seconds of the next round
inSpire: Though I have no demo evidence since I can't demo every map
inSpire: He also de facto teams on beacons if he has friends among the last 4 alive - they will deliberately not target one another even if they are the closest players in proxity
inSpire: observed it several times
inSpire: he camps certain places on the maps that would be considered camping and punishable on any other player (cave on afghanistan for instance)
inSpire: so yeah, it was pretty fucking aids
inSpire: both other owners agreed that such wasn't the point of the awp shot, to be used as targeting when a player has 15k+ credits to blow through
inSpire: i'm pretty sure any other player would have been equally frustrated
inSpire: doesn't help that he always giggles like an idiot, which leads me to believe he knows he's getting a rise out of me
inSpire: so what does he expect when I flip out because I can barely play the game?

inSpire: I didn't really argue with Selin, it was mostly on how I was getting demoted based off of 1 side of the story on flimsy evidence

inSpire: Personally, it just gives me the impression that simply because I'm mod only (and that's only because I took a month long break and never bothered to apply for a promotion before December)
inSpire: a lot of the other admins don't respect my input
inSpire: plus my reputation of playing solo adds to that
