	First part (Hugo) : The current problems of the company

Aldebaran is a recognized business in robotics, but there are problems on the environmental aspect.

We will meditate on solutions to reduce CO2 emissions and waste production.

Firstly, there is a insulation's problem because the building is older so the company needs to use more heating, consequently the cost increase.

In the second part, the entire building is on overconsumption of energy, especialy in electricity and water because they employ an old system of lighting and water.

During the construction of the building, they selected toxics materials for walls, paints and insulation.

The most polution origin results in waste, they use no renewable materials everyday, and the staff don't practice recyclage.

Going green also need a number of small steps inside the company for this change.

Inside the company you can :

Invest in the equipments of sustainable development : for example, switch to energy-efficient fluorescent light bulbs instead of using traditional incandescent bulbs or provide occupancy sensors for lighting and motion sensors in restrooms for water.

Improve recycling by minimizing using of paper (encourage the e-mailing) and by installing trashes of glass, paper, plastic, metal garbage and manufacturing waste materials.

Enhance the water-wise practice by equipment of low-flow aerators, low-flow shower heads and low-flow toilets

Raise awareness the staff about the ecology, encourage carpooling (with providing of parking place) and offer transit passes to employees who take the public transport.
