  93. It is required to have a sellers account on eBay if you want to list, even when using Garage Sale. You will not be charged a membership fee, only the listing fees to list that one item. If it sells on eBay, you are also charged a selling fee, but that's it.

  109. Sign up as an eBay seller, which is free. Then list the item using GarageSale. Only then will you be charged the listing fee.
