  1. [Sleet Clan] Stepping Down from Overlord
  2.
  3. Yes, I've made this choice for many reasons, reasons that are for the betterment of Sleet Clan's future.
  4.
  5. I first got Sleet Clan in late August, I've always wanted to lead a clan, especially Sleet Clan the group I've been loyal to throughout my whole clan career. I was quitting clans at that time (was getting bored), but then the opportunity to lead Sleet Clan was offered to me. I obviously wanted to take that opportunity, I wanted to do something big. So I took it.
  6.
  7. I tried my hardest to make Sleet Clan a better place, the first two months went great. I enjoyed leading very much, it was an enjoyable thing to do. I couldn't ask for anything better. We eventually went to war with UAF, and it ended in a draw; though Sleet Clan was proving their true strength. We went to war with Fleetcom, beat them. We went to war with VOID/The Redemption (confusing war, couldn't really call it a war), ended in a draw as well. We were doing pretty excellent, and I loved to see my own clan progressing with excellence.

  9. We started to lose it after we lost the war with RAT. It wasn't the wisest choice to declare on an enemy without scouting their base, or ever even being to it. We lost pretty bad, and I was pretty disappointed. After that war, I started to reform my High Command because they were one of the main problems to Sleet Clan's decline (but it didn't go so great). I also lost my 2nd in Command, IntenseSnows. That put me in a really tough position, because there was no one who could replace him. I didn't have any other 2iC to take his position. Having a good 2iC is what a clan also needs, that was something I didn't have.
  10.
  11. After awhile, our High Command members started to split their loyalties (not all of them, but the majority). It was becoming a problem, but it was my fault for doing nothing to stop it. Even my two Legislatures were splitting their loyalties. Though I do thank the ones who actually tried in Sleet Clan and contributed with their utmost loyalty, you know who you are.
  12.
  13. We started to lose our most skilled members being loyal to other groups, or even joining the other side of the war. People screwing me left to right, which started leading us to a pretty bad state. That is why I am giving this to someone who can fix it. I'm not the one to do that, I can't lead. I'm not better than Pragmatic, or anyone out there.
  14.
  15. I just started to lose it. I was stressed. It's hard when you've got no one to trust. I came to enjoy this game, not to get stressed over it. I'm stepping down as Overlord for two main reasons; I don't think I'm doing a great job leading this clan, and it's better to give it to someone who can do a better job than me. The second reason is that it's becoming stressful, and I don't want to come on Roblox every day like that. We should all come to enjoy this game, right?
  16.
  17. I will giving Campy Sleet Clan, he was originally going to get it from Pragmatic, but I talked Prag out of it so he gave it to me. I'm sorry Campy, Sleet Clan is yours. Be it's rightful owner.
  18.
  19. I'm not abandoning my clan, nor surrendering in this current war with RAA. I will still be in Sleet Clan as a Minister. I will be helping Campy with whatever he needs, and occasionally hosting events. Though, I no longer fit to be the leader of Sleet Clan.
  20.
  21. It's not about how long you lead a clan, it's about how good you lead it.
  22.
  23. Those who leave Sleet Clan because of this decision, go ahead. But remember; Once a Sleet, always a Sleet
  24.
  25. Trust my decision.
