  5. We are an independent game from Infestation: Survivor Stories (F/K/A The War Z) and Infestation World/Thailand and the accounts did not and will not migrate. Unfortunately if you want to start in our game, you'll have to start fresh.

  15. You have something that is blocking our anticheat to run and it crashes the game. Could you please take a screenshot of all your background processes?

  18. If you're running the game through Steam, turn off Steam and run Steam as Admin. That should fix your issue.

If you get the error "An error occurred while logging in, please contact the staff team", just wait a bit and restart your whole steam client and run it as admin. This error is happening randomly to some people only. Spamming trying to join is not going to solve it, so have a little patience and you will go through. Sorry about this.

  106. This issue is being caused by a conflict with Nvidia Experience and the game. We are rolling a hotfix today to fix that issue, however if you want to play NOW, you can just make sure your VGA card's drivers are up-to-date. Then, you need to FULLY uninstall Nvidia Experience.

  112. Yes, we are aware of this issue. We have some temporary possible fixes for it.
  113. 1. Close MSI Nahimic and Afterburn.
  114. 2. Uninstall Nvidia Experience
  115. 3. Rollback the driver of your video card to the previous version (the one that Windows 10 installs natively)

  121. Try turning off AMD Gaming Evolved, Raptr and Plays.tv from your running processes (open your task manager and go to processes).
