Preamble

The keyword of this section is "rights". In the Coral Palace Resort, we believe that all residents have rights and liberties, for which the region stands. However, rights also carry responsibilities and the duty of respecting the idea that others have the same rights. For this same reason, the laws of CPR must be enforced in a manner which does not infringe on the rights of residents - rights that the region itself is based on.
