Common evasion tactics

1.  I think you're missing my point. (will be said whenever you address/criticize his point.)

2.  "That’s not what I said."  (continues to rephrase the same point he originally said.  This will especially happen after he has just said something that reflects very poorly on him.)

3.  Avoid taking questions directed at him head on.

4. Ask you to reiterate your point/question no matter how straight forward.

5. He’ll ask you to explain what you meant after reiterating you’re point/question.

6. He’ll repeat step 4 and 5 until your point/question becomes a strawman he can address.

7.  Will shift topic in order to avoid your point.

8.  Will refuse to answer your question when you stay focused on 1 issue he can't answer.

9. State you are arguing in bad faith.

10. Will post memes instead of provide legit arguments.

Final.  Rage quit that you’re putting him on the spot when he loses the debate.
