Central Yharnam:
- Grab x8 vials (total)
- Grab x6 Molotovs
- Warp to the Hunter's Dream

Hunter's Dream:
- Grab the Saw Cleaver and Hunter's Pistol
- Use Hunter's Mark

Central Yharnam:
- Grab x4 Molotovs
- Grab x2 vials
- Do Sewer Skip
- Kill Gascoigne (x7 Molotovs)

Cathedral Ward:
- Grab x6 vials
- Go to Old Yharnam
- Talk to Alfred for x3 Fire paper
- Grab x1 Madman's Knowledge
- Grab x3 pungent blood cocktails (OPTIONAL)

Old Yharnam:
- Kill the lizard with x1 Molotov for x3 Bloodstone shards
- Do Old Yharnam Skip
- Grab x6 beast blood pellets
- Grab x2 Bold Hunter's Marks
- Quit out
- Kill the lizard with x1 Molotov for x3 Bloodstone shards
- Kill Blood Starved Beast (x1 Fire paper, x1 Pellet, x3 Pungent cocktails)
- Use x1 Bold Hunter's Mark

Cathedral Ward:
- Grab the Hunter's set
- Grab x2 Bloodstone shards
- Grab x3 Bloodstone shards
- Grab x5 Bloodstone shards
- Use x1 Bold Hunter's Mark
- Go to the Healing Church Workshop

Healing Church Workshop:
- Drop down to Cathedral Ward
- Use x1 Madman's Knowledge on the elevator (try to dupe)

Cathedral Ward:
- Do Amelia Skip
- Grab x2 Madman's Knowledge (x1 if your dupe worked)
- Grab x3 Twin Bloodstone shards
- Grab the blood gem
- Go to Forbidden Woods

Forbidden Woods:
- Grab x1 Twin Bloodstone shards
- Warp to the Hunter's Dream

Hunter's Dream:
- Upgrade the Saw Cleaver to +4 and slot the blood gem
- Level 20-21 strength (10,201+ echoes for 21)
- Warp to the Forbidden Woods

Forbidden Woods:
- Do Hut Skip
- Do the slope quit out at the bridge
- Kill Shadows (x1 Fire paper, x1 Pellet)
- Go to Byrgenwerth

Byrgenwerth:
- Do Lunarium Key skip
- Kill Rom (x1 Fire paper, x1 pellet, 1 Molotov)
- Warp to Yahar'gul

Yahar'gul:
- Grab x1 Bloodstone chunk
- Do Yahar'gul Skip
- Grab x2 Bloodstone chunks (skip the carriage chunks)
- Grab x5 Bolt paper
- Grab the blood gem near the wolf
- Kill One Reborn (x1 Bolt paper, x1 Pellet)
- Use x6 Madman's Knowledge (x5 if you duped)
- Warp to the Lecture Building 2nd Floor

Lecture Building 2nd Floor:
- Warp to the Nightmare of Mensis

Nightmare of Mensis:
- Warp to the Hunter's Dream

Hunter's Dream:
- Level 26 strength and 25 skill
- Upgrade the Saw Cleaver to +7 and slot the blood gem
- Warp to the Nightmare of Mensis

Nightmare of Mensis:
- Grab x2 Blue Elixir (OPTIONAL)
- Kill Micolash (x2 Bolt paper, x1 Pellet)
- Use x1 Blue Elixir to get to Wet Nurse (if you got them)
- Kill Wet Nurse (x1 Bolt paper, x1 Pellet)
- Warp to the Hunter's Dream

Hunter's Dream:
- Submit your life to Gehrman
- Check in game time
