	  	Our opponents where acting very rude and refused to upload screenshots of the match after a few crashes. They still haven't as of now. They claim we didn't ask for a screenshot but we did:

Secondly they kept insulting us. I included the full chat log as well as some screenshots of it. It was very poor and degrading. We really do not enjoy having to be insulting like this while playing a tournament. We don't see a reason to accept their behaviour in any way.

They also took positions during a pause in the game and attacked from there as soon as we unpaused. We didn't even have a chance to take positions ourselves.

	  	Apperently you came back on this gentlemens agreement. It was already decided before that match that no screenshots needed to be taken.
I personaly didn't see your message as I had just joined the game, two of our players played at resolution 800x600,
as you can see from the screenshots, and were unable to read the ingame chat with that resolution.
Harmaatukka asked us to take screenshots anyway during the match and we took some,
but there's no button for screenshots in the game, I personally used print screen to get one,
but it was all black when I returned to windows and tried to paste it.
Sure there was movement during the pause, everyone does that, and same as any other
match the movement here had no impact on the score or the follow up after the pause.
Klaue even asked if you were ready before we went in after that 10 minutes.

I hope we can put this aside us without any intervention of an admin.
For the future of ESL I ensure you no more such behaviour of my crew.

	  	So is this how it works now, first you create a hack for the game zzott, yes it's your own hack we need screenshots for, then you force other teams to prove they are not using it? How am I even supposed to know from those screenshots that you have your smoke enabled ingame? You have such a deep knowledge for the INI files maybe you are able to remove the smoke and what not without it being shown on the screenshots? What is the specific command for it?

To the ESL people: Next time when you force new rules, please inform about them before the tournament, not when the tournament starts, and have admins in the lobbies to explain them. Also make sure that the instructions hold water, for example you told people to press "F12" to take a screenshot, it's a steam overlay command, not Nosgoth command, and only works if steam overlay is enabled.

1st of all, it shouldn't be to hard to make a screenshot, it's usually only a key to hit.

Technical problems can always happen and we ask players with to fix them for the next match. Only ignoring a rule after an admin told you to fix a problem can lead into a disqualification.

Same with behaviour, players should always behave and stay friendly. Please keep this in mind for your upcoming games on ESL.

In case I see such insulting again, will I take further actions, which could mean muting on ESL or temporary bans from the tournament.
