5.
Special Projects and Clinical Coordinator

 6. I interned with SDC as a special project coordinator during the summer of 2012. During this time, I helped direct and oversee the development of the SDC website. This project gave me the opportunity to meet and work closely with each of the staff, residents, and day program participants. I enjoyed the environment at SDC and after completing my Master’s in Social Work in May 2013, I was asked to join the SDC team full time. I am looking forward to coordinating various projects, which will focus on enhancing the quality of services received by individuals in SDC’s care.[/wpcol_2third_end]

 8.
Program Director

 9.
I began working with individuals with developmental disabilities as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at SDC in 2002. I am currently program director. Each day working in this field brings a new experience and I have grown both personally and professionally along the way. I plan to continue this process at SDC for a long time to come.[/wpcol_2third_end]

 11.
Chief Financial Officer

 12.
I started working with SDC in 2007 as the chief financial officer. During my time here, I have enjoyed learning about the field of developmental disabilities. It has been a pleasure working with both the staff and residents at SDC. My experience at SDC has been unique in that I have not only grown in the financial world but have also had the opportunity to get to know each individual personally. Getting to see the impact that our agency has on the lives of these individuals makes my job both rewarding and fulfilling.[/wpcol_2third_end]

 14.
Director of Human Resources and Staff Development

 15.
I started my career in the field of developmental disabilities as a DSP in 1981. I remained in this field and have had the experience of many different positions such as Residence Manager, Medicaid Service Coordinator and my present position as Director of Human Resources and Staff Training at SDC. I feel I have a wealth of knowledge to share and my present position allows me to do so with all the direct support professionals at SDC. I look forward to helping advance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and to supporting our staff members who make a direct impact on the lives of our residents and participants on a daily basis. [wpcol_2third_end id="" class="" style=""]
