It's bullshit. You have your own little clicks and like to do your own things outside of the group.

We have one chat that has some of the other VPJT guys in it. 90% of that content is stuff that we could technically go to jail for showing to a minor.

If you're worried about us talking about you or purposefully excluding you from that chat, you couldn't be more wrong.
I can see how you might think its just a clique but its not. This also goes both ways, most of us are in TS every night modding, playing games together, or just hanging out. You might feel more included if you hung out with us more.

I will add you to it personally at midnight of your 18th Birthday. I promise we aren't out to get you. AFAIK everyone likes you, including me, I'm glad to have you as a teammate. But I think we made it pretty clear that there wouldn't be some limitations join the team as a minor. We did break our rules for you dont forget.
He isn't interested in stuff like that. There is also a history with him. The team was VERY different when he was in charge. No swearing in TS (ventrillo at the time), no nsfw stuff shared in VBA channels, and those are just Kato's values, and we all still try and respect that. We would do the same for anyone else that told us they weren't comfortable with nsfw content or language.

Dude, I have heard Beaker proclaiming the satisfaction after he thought I left from one of our channels. Your cliques are cliques, and you don't want to change them. I understand them, don't get me wrong, but in no way whatsoever does that hold up to your claim of the team.
It makes sense to hold us to high standards, but it's discomforting when you claim those standards are followed.

You're right, its not the first time you have kept pushing for stuff or about stuff when you didn't need to. Also, dont forget Beaker is gone in 3 weeks.
We have been dealing with him for 6 years and part of being on the team with him is learning to tune out is shitty way of handling things.
Is it ideal? No, have we been trying to correct it for years? Yes. Did we kick him off the team at one point to send a message? Yes.
Regarding the cliques, again, hang out with us more and you WILL feel more included.
With the exception of Harm and Rhino (who is at work) the whole team is in TS hanging out right now.
If you don't want to thats fine too, but you can't really claim that we don't include you in this if you aren't willing to put in half the effort. It goes both ways.

I can't put in any effort because I don't show shit about modeling/coding, all I can do is improving Fergie and my own efforts, which I did to some extent. That is one of many too.
So the fact that I'm sitting on my ass and criticizing shit without having done anything around here, having no reason to give feedback and criticize our work in way I consider constructive way is too, bullshit.
It comes off annoying since I've done nothing, but in actuality I have, I put in effort, I care about how I look, I'm doing my part and be criticized, why is it a huge problem when the tables are turned?

For the record no one is annoyed that you "aren't doing anything" if you just want to show up and fly your jet thats fine! Everything else is just extra. Again the reason that we we're getting frustrated was just the constant bombardment, especially this week. We don't do this for "thank you's" and "good jobs!" but, it is nice to know the work is apprecaited sometimes, so when the only feedback we get is negative, its very taxing. This is a labor of love, these projects. Beaker in particular, the mod is his baby, its 99% his, and 99% of what he gets in return is criticism.
From everyone, not just you.
You should seriously show this google doc to everyone, its awesome work.

I dont know about Beaker but when i'm debriefing a track im debriefing a track, everything else is mostly white noise. Not to mention no on knows if your talking about a maneuver, or something mod related. I don't think you aren't really catching the intent here. Non of this is about what has happened, its trying to make it better for everyone going forward.
Just like safeties, we state them, state how we're going to fix it, and exclaim that we are glad to be here. This is the fix it part, for everyone.
And I think you could agree, a generalized "wow thats cool" is not the same as "hey beaker, the jet looks great!"
