Phillip, Riley & Emily had always hated the government. It was only recently that they decided to take a stand.
Riley had been charged an outrageous amount of money for a crime he didn't commit.
But it was never about the money.
It was the fact that the money went straight into the Mayor's pocket, and there was nothing he could do about it. Until now.
He gathered his only remaining friends and sat them down,
"So, here's the plan.."

Riley declared the plot of land he called his home an anti-government area, and The Order was born.
