  1. Scene 1: Street Activity
  2. Location: Panau City, Residential, Street at X: 3302, Y: 15549.
  3. Setup: One Boyd Fireflame, two Sakura Aquila Metro STs.
  4. Personnel: Four actors, one cameraman.
  5.  
  6. Three actors in cars, civilians, driving down the street in different lanes. One civilian is using animations to walk down the sidewalk.
  7.  
  8. The scene should be shot once. The cameraman does a right horizontal pan down the road, on the opposite side of the civilian. The civilian should be walking in the same direction as the camera is panning.
  9.  
  10. Scene 2: Alley Drug Bust
  11. Location: Panau City, Residential, Alley at X: 3113, Y: 14892.
  12. Setup: One Sakura Aquila Metro ST (place in the alleyway), miniature-scale construction.
  13. (Place a suitcase or two on the ground in the alley.)
  14. Personnel: Three actors, one cameraman.

  16. Two actors in the alleyway. One is a Roach, the other is a Civilian. The third actor is a P.A.I.D. soldier with an assault rifle. The Roach and Civilian are standing by the trunk of the car, doing a “drug trade.” The P.A.I.D. soldier steps out from around the alleyway corner, and uses C to aim at them with his rifle. He then uses /sh to shout “Hands in the air!”, or something similar.

  18. The scene should be done three times, and be done from three different angles:
  19. 1. Low to the ground in the alley, looking up at the Roach and Civ.
  20. 2. Outside the alley, centered, with the P.A.I.D. in the side of the shot.
  21. 3. Centered, on the opposite side of the alley from the P.A.I.D.

  23. Suggested Time: Late Night.

  25. Scene 3: Political Assassination
  26. Location: Panau City, Residential, Street and Adjacent Building at X:4554, Y: 15454.
  27. Setup: One Columbia Excelsior, one MV Command.
  28. Personnel: Four actors, one cameraman.
  29.  
  30. One actor, a suited politician, is seated shotgun in the Columbia Excelsior, being driven by a P.A.I.D. member. They’re driving west (slowly) down the street. Close in the lead is the Command, with two P.A.I.D. soldiers. The fourth actor, a Reaper, is at the top of the nearby building. (The white one, eight-stories) He has a sniper rifle. As the cars drive down the road, he shoots the wheel of the limo.

  32. The scene should be done twice, from two different angles:
  33. 1. On the ground, focused on the limo.
  34. 2. From the rooftop, behind the sniper. (Shot doesn’t have to connect.)

  36. Scene 4: Drug Plantation
  37. Location: Lembah Firdaus Compound, nearby X:19102, Y: 25795.
  38. Setup: One Fengding EC14FD2, two Chepachet PVDs. (Should all be Roach blue.)
  39. Personnel: Six actors, one cameraman.
  40.  
  41. Two Roaches are standing next to eachother. One Roach is jogging up towards them. Another Roach is in one of the Chepachet turrets, looking around. A Roach is driving a Fengding, which is backed up to the plants. On action, he begins driving down the road, towards the gate. One more Roach drives a Chepachet up the road from the gate, and drives up to the temple.

  43. The scene should be done once. It should be a slow, bird’s-eye view pan over the facility.
  44.  
  45. Scene 5: Base-Jumping
  46. Location: A mountain cliff.
  47. Setup: None necessary.
  48. Personnel: Three actors, one cameraman.
  49.  
  50. Three Ular Boys are standing at the top of a steep cliff. One of them, the commanding officer, shouts the name of one of them. The named Ular jumps off the cliff, in a base jump. After two seconds, the second Ular’s name is called, and he jumps as well. The third officer then jumps after them.

  52. The scene should be shot twice.
  53. 1. The camera should be a fair distance away, and do a slow pan in, towards the commanding Ular. The scene should last about seven seconds.
  54. 2. The camera should be set up below the base-jumping area, and be a still shot of the Ulars parachuting into the frame, and into the distance.

  56. Suggested Time: Sunset.
  57.  
  58. Scene 6: Court Trial
  59. Location: Kem Udara Wau Pantas, Courtroom.
  60. Setup: Large-scale construction. (Courtroom, a copy of the Enforcers court on RLS.)
  61. Personnel: Six actors, one cameraman.
  62.  
  63. Three civilians are seated on benches. One P.A.I.D. commander stands at the judge’s bench. A P.A.I.D. Attorney stands in front of the judge, and another Attorney stands at the Defense’s bench.

  65. The scene should be shot twice.
  66. 1. The camera starts in the back-left corner of the room, and pans to the right.
  67. 2. Start behind the judge, and pan behind him, to the right.
  68.  
  69. Scene 7: G9 Flyby
  70. Location: Bridge, located at X: 18660, Y: 8132.
  71. Setup: Four SV-1003 Raiders, Three MV Quartermasters.
  72. Personnel: Four actors, one cameraman.
  73.  
  74. The Raiders and one Quartermaster are set up on the middle of a bridge, acting as a barricade. Two Quartermasters are on another side of the bridge, as cover. Two Reapers are in the Raider turrets, firing miniguns nearby the MVs. Behind the MVs is one Roach, crouched behind cover. He occasionally pops up to fire a shot from his machine gun. Then, a blue G9 Eclipse flies low overhead.

  76. This scene should be shot once. The camera should be on the opposite side of the approaching Eclipse, and start at a height lower than the bridge. It should then pan slowly up as the Eclipse approaches.

  78. Scene 8: Minigun Attack
  79. Location: Panau City Harbor District, intersection at X:1163, Y: 13135
  80. Setup: Two Sivirkin 15 Havocs, seven MV V880s, acquire one minigun.
  81. Personnel: Three actors, one cameraman.
  82.  
  83. One actor, a Ular, is wielding a minigun. He begins walking forwards, towards a building down the street. The MVs are scattered across the street. As he walks, two Havocs fly overhead, one of them slightly behind the other. They should be above either side of the street. The Ular then begins firing at the building.

  85. This scene should be shot once, but with two different angles.
  86. 1. For the initial scene, begin on the ground, tilted up towards the sky. The Ular should be centered, and the building should be in view.
  87. 2. After the scene, the Ular will continue firing at the building. The camera should then be placed close behind him, so he is visible from the upper-back down. Get at least five seconds of footage from this angle.

  89. Scene 9: Cop Chase
  90. Location: Kampung Tiang Emas, dirt road with shacks, X: 17617, Y: 15926
  91. Setup: Three MV V880s.
  92. Personnel: Four actors, one cameraman.
  93.  
  94. One actor, a civilian, (use the skin 39, “Thug2”) is sprinting down a street. Behind him are three P.A.I.D.-occupied V880s, sirens blaring, chasing him moderate pace. They should not actually catch up with him.
  95.  
  96. This scene should be shot twice.
  97. 1. A still shot, on the ground, underneath where the civilian sprints over.
  98. 2. A birds-eye-view aerial shot, ala news helicopter, watching the street from above.

  100. Suggested Time: Late Night

  102. Scene 10: Speedboat Driving
  103. Location: Pulau Naga, X:15790, Y:27930
  104. Setup: One Frisco Catshark S-38 Speedboat.
  105. Personnel: Three actors, one cameraman.
  106.  
  107. Two civilians are on the Pulau Naga beach, on the pier. One of them is walking towards the island. The other is sitting on the edge of the pier. A third civilian, in a speedboat, drives past them.

  109. This scene should be shot once. It should be a still shot, over the water, focused on the pier. The Catshark should feel as though it were interrupting the shot.
  110.  
  111. Suggested Time: Sunrise.
  112.  
  113. Scene 11: Cassius Flight
  114. Location: The skies above Panau City.
  115. Setup: One Cassius 192.
  116. Personnel: One actor, one cameraman.
  117.  
  118. A civilian, piloting a Cassius, flies through the sky, headed towards Panau City, in the distance.
  119.  
  120. This scene should be shot once. The scene should open on a view of Panau City. It should be lined up with the Cassius, so that the plane flies in from the right and towards the city. The camera should pan upwards slowly.
  121.  
  122. Suggested Time: Sunset.

  124. Scene 12: Coastal Drive
  125. Location: The wind turbine road, located at X: 16790, Y: 3070.
  126. Setup: One Garret Traver-Z.
  127. Personnel: One actor, one cameraman.

  129. A civilian in a Garret Traver-Z speeds down a coastal road.
  130.  
  131. This scene should be shot once. The camera should be at the top of a wind turbine, with the turbine in the foreground to the right, angled down slightly to see the road in the bottom half of the shot. It should pan slowly to the right, so that the turbine crosses over to the left side, and the road comes into clear view.

  133. Scene 13: Street Race
  134. Location: Panau City, long street, likely Residential District. TBD.
  135. Setup: Three Civader 999s.
  136. Personnel: Four actors, one cameraman.
  137.  
  138. Two civilians, in Civaders, are lined up at a stoplight, preparing to race. One of them is revving his engine. (Press forward while holding brake.) A third civilian, in another Civader, rolls up to the starting line. After ten seconds, the cars floor it and speed forwards.
  139.  
  140. This scene should be shot twice.
  141. 1. A still shot, starting at ground level, looking up. It should begin with the first two Civaders in view, at a slightly diagonal angle. The third car should come in from the right side, and the wheel should be close to the camera.
  142. 2. A still shot, starting down the street from the cars. It should be directly in the line of the racers, and capture them speeding towards the camera, then rushing past.

  144. Scene 14: Aerial City View
  145. Location: Panau City Residential District Skies.
  146. Setup: None.
  147. Personnel: One cameraman.
  148.  
  149. The camera flies Panau city at night, doing a sideways pan over the buildings.
  150.  
  151. Suggested Time: 7:00 P.M.
