Customers understand that these eBooks are virtual items and that refunds are only given by the author himself when a customer is under the refund policy. The refund policy states that if a customer cannot physically obtain the content of the eBook is only then he/she is allowed to redeem a refund. In addition if a customer cannot perform the content listed in the eBook then he/she is allowed a refund. All details provided must be real and legit as they may be used if a source of evidence if a problem were to occur. Privacy: All customers details are kept private unless one is found violating this agreement where details may be released to certain legal firms.
