What's so neat about it? It sounds like it's trying to foster a community like old /x/ - one where you can actually discuss (and even document with /wiki/) paranormal phenomena in a meaningful way without the thread devolving into "no ur deluded" and without the whole board being bogged down by irrelevant threads (for those it has /off/). It's a bit dead at the moment, but it should get livelier eventually.

Any thoughts?
